Hello Camille. Thank you for letting us know about the issues that you experienced during your recent stay at our property. Reviews like these give us an opportunity to address areas of improvement. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met during your stay with us. Unfortunately, due to being short staff we had to cut our office hours temporary. We did have a sign posted on the lobby door with a number to call for emergencies between 8pm-11pm and a number to call after 11pm. We would like to apologize that this was miscommunicated with you and negatively effected your stay.
