FINCA HORREO - Villa with private pool in CAMPOS.

Wonderful house with private pool, on the outskirts of Campos, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
The country house features large outdoor spaces where to enjoy the tranquility of both the field and the sea, since they are in the nearby. Here you can enjoy of a beautiful garden, the private chlorine pool, - of 6*4 m and of 1.4 to 2.1 m depth -, of sunbathing, etc. There are different porches, one at the entrance of the house that has a dining table and chairs and two small sofa; another one dedicated exclusively to the barbecue with a big dining table and, the last one with a chill-out area.

Inside the house, there is a living room with sofas and chairs for your rest, to watch the TV or read a book. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook at home such as ceramic cooktop, oven, etc. There are three dormitories, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. Two of them have wardrobe. There is availability for a cot and a high-chair. Moreover, there are two bathroom with shower, one in the interior of the house and the other one in the exterior. In this last one there you will find the laundry, with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are also availability for three fans and three radiators.

Campos is located at the southeast of the island and it has a really good connection with other points of the island as, for instance, villages, city, beaches, touristic zones, etc. The nearest beaches are “Es Trenc”, one of the best crystal-clear waters of Mallorca; the Playa de “Sa Ràpita” and the beach of “Colònia de Sant Jordi”. In that areas you will find different bars and restaurants and various touristic services such as taking a boat ride, visiting the island of Cabrera, etc.

There are outdoor parking lots at the property.

Fantastic little villa

My Wife and I stayed here from 5/5/16 - 9/5/16. What a fantastic little villa in beautiful surroundings. Campos is a 5 minute drive or 15-20min walk away. The Villa had everything we needed inside. Most nights we sat outside in the porch area. The owners house is the next house along so if anything is needed or any issues she is on hand to sort out, on check in she was very friendly and showed us around. A car is recommended as it's easy to get to places if it's overcast or raining like it was during our stay. Fantastic time had by both of us. The only thing which we realised is that there is no wifi. The addition of this would be fantastic.

Eine richtig schöne Unterkunft mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich draußen gemütlich zusammen zu setzen. Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Lage ist super und sehr ruhig.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Finca ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem sind Lokale und Strände gut erreichbar. Das Einzige, das für uns mühsam war, war die Müllentsorgung am Ende. Es gab keine ersichtlichen Container weit und breit. Wir würden schlussendlich gerne wiederkommen.

Die Finca hat einen schönen Aussen Bereich. Ansonsten stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Die Abwicklung der Buchung der Finca war reibungslos, und sehr gut. Was aber überhaupt nicht gut gewesen ist, das der Hund im Zwinger hinter der Grillecke sich jeden Morgen über eine längere Zeit bemerkbar gemacht hat.

Schöne ruhig gelegene Finca

Schöne Finca mit Pool, leider war es etwas zu kalt zum schwimmen. Für kleine Kinder weniger geeignet da 1,40-2,10 m tief. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, haben wenig Ablagemöglichkeit aber einen großen Einbauschrank. Die Fenster haben Fliegengitter davor was ich gut fand. Lediglich zur geöffneten Eingangstür können Stechfliegen rein. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Backofen und natürlich Kaffeemaschine. Die brauchte aber sehr sehr lange bis 3 Tassen durchgelaufen waren. Der Fernseher mit Sat- Anschluss lief gut und WLAN draußen besser als im Haus. Das Bad ist klein aber praktisch eingerichtet. In dem zweiten Bad, das draußen ist, da ist die Dusche sehr klein aber benutzbar. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist super und auch im Oktober konnte man darin schwimmen. Check-In war super easy und alles war sauber. Jedoch würde ich mir mehr Küchen Utensilien wünschen (Geschirrtücher, Müllbeutel oder Spüli) Außerdem wären Badetücher für den Strand sinnvoll.

Sehr schöne Finca, wir haben den Urlaub genossen!

Wir haben schöne Tag dort verlebt und uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind alle sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Es war wirklich toll und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Sehr einladend von Anfang an mit frischen Blumen auf dem Tisch- solche Kleinigkeiten sind einfach das i-Tüpfelchen. Die Finca ist natürlich von drinnen schon ein bisschen älter und nicht Topmodern, das macht aber auch den Charme aus. Es ist eher eine „draußen“ Finca, aber dafür dann auch 100% stimmig.
