This beautiful, 100 m2, one-storey house counts with 3 bedrooms and an astonishing garden; ideal for families with children! It is perfect for 6 guests.
The well-kept outside area is marvelous and your children will find lot of space to play. Thee furnished terrace invites you to have a dinner or a drink with your family, maybe a tasty barbecue? The owner has some toys prepared for your kids to play with. Any corner of the garden is a good place to relax or to sunbath.

Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds, while the third bedroom has a double bed. All three of them have garden views and are spacious, with enough room for a baby cot, if necessary. The house counts with 2 bathrooms: one interior, with a bath, next to the bedrooms, and one exterior bathroom with a shower.

The gentle sea breeze fills all the rooms with a Mediterranean atmosphere. Sit down and relax on the sofa in the living room, while reading a book, watching television or enjoying a little siesta. The dining room area is very spacious and counts with a dining table and enough chairs for the whole family. It has access to the garden and one of the terraces.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances to prepare a perfect meal: electric oven, gas stove, mixer, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, etc. The kitchen also has access to the garden. On this side, you will find a small bath room with a shower, where you may want to refresh after a day on the beach. There you will also find a laundry room with a washing machine and an iron with ironing board.

The house is close to the beach Playa de Muro, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. The fine grained, long sand beach is protected by the dunes and it famous for its crystal clear waters. Furthermore, this beach is next to Capellans, where you can have paella or a cocktail in one of the bars. We recommend you to visit the natural park S’Albufera, the genuine villages Alcúdia, Pollença and Artà, the lighthouse of Formentor, the zone Cap de Pinar with lots of small bays, the fisher’s town Colònia de Sant Pere, the beach Sa Cànova and much more.
