Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nashville!The home easily accommodated our 2 families with lots of sleeping options.Love the decor and my favorite was the upstairs bathroom and closet with make up area.

Great Location and Pristine Accommodations

Awesome 5 night, 4 day stay for a family of seven, ranging from the ages of eleven to eighty one. Accomodations were immaculately maintained with amenities fully stocked. Host responded promptly to requests/inquiries throughout stay. Would highly recommend this property for a Nashville getaway.

Great place to stay, highly recommend!

We went with a large group of girls for a bachelorette party in Nashville and could not be more pleased with this house! We had plenty of beds to sleep in and the communication with the management company was great. They were able to accommodate a very early check in and were very responsive throughout the entire stay. 10/10 would stay here again!

Huge place, perfect for quiet work!

The property has personality but it’s very classy. It is also massive! There are 4 separate very very large bedrooms. One master in the first floor with a king size bed and a nice size bathroom. Three more bedrooms upstairs; one with two king size beds and a huge bathroom with a shower and a stand alone tub. One bedroom with 4 queen size bunk beds and one last bedroom with another king size bed. There is another large bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs off the common space. The hallways are huge, so if someone in your party needs a wheelchair, they would have no issue moving around. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve. There is a washer and dryer also. The back porch is large and super nice to hang out. We truly loved this house.We would absolutely stay here again.

Elbow Room Galore on Just TWO Levels!

It is difficult finding a vacation home in Nashville that is only on 2 floors…most have 3 or 4! Group was my wusband, our daughter with her bf, and me. I wanted each person/couple to have their own full bathroom plus a half bath on the main for everyone. CHECK! The only frustration was not having the number address displayed on the back side entry to the house bc that is where you will want to safely park your car OFF of the street. The cleaners arrived and hovered outside 20 minutes before checkout and entered the house 10 mins before checkout. We were ready to leave, but it was a weird ending bc I felt bad forgetting to turn off the back porch light.

Very spacious Townhome in great Location!

We had a group of 7 staying here the week of Thanksgiving to attend a wedding and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! There are so many pro's to this property: great location, lots of space, 3 full baths and 1 1/2 bath which is nice with large groups, tons of closet space (so nice to not be tripping over your suitcase in the room), lots of full length mirrors everywher, a huge kitchen with a big island, comfy beds, a nice patio space, TV's in every room, board games, lots of seating, washer/dryer etc....My only complaints would be the kitchen needs a little more TLC in the department of plates, pots/pans, and amenities. We had 7 people and had more family over for Thanksgiving. There were only 8 plates and everything is hodge podge and mismatched. I know most people probably come to Nashville to eat out but we like to have 1 or 2 meals in when we are staying for extended periods. Also when larger parties are staying for more than a week having more dish soap, trash bags, and a way to clean the floors is helpful. With so many people walking in and out of the townhouse all week, the floors got kind of dirty and it would have been nice to have access to a swifter wetjet or of those easy mops to just clean on the main floor. Other than these few minor issues we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location, very close to downtown.
