We stayed at the Seahorse for 4 days and had the best time. The hosts were great and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is spacious, clean and has a great backyard with a sitting area to eat breakfast.Overall we enjoyed our stay and can recommend the property to everyone who wants to visit St. Augustine!

Amazing place!

Everything was so lovely! Beautiful house and pool. Everything was clean, Wi-Fi worked well. It was stocked with everything we needed for a great weekend getaway!

Relaxed vacations

Beautiful property, very clean quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing! The owner o manager was very friendly and will send texts with updates of any changes . Example pool cleaning.

Perfect

The property was exactly as pictured. The pool was very relaxing. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The location to the beach was great and the location to St. Augustine for touring was perfect. The host responded so quickly to any questions we had and we are looking forward to booking again in a month or so and already planning a family vacation at this beautiful home for next year.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Staycation!

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—everything we needed for a great getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and we lucked out with beautiful weather the entire time. The pool was a huge bonus and made it easy to enjoy the sun without even leaving the property. The host was accommodating and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free beach stay!

Wonderful weekend! The pool and hot tub were a fantastic bonus. Home was In a quiet neighborhood a couple of blocks from the beach. Had all the amenities that we needed.Highly recommend.

Great rental close to beach

This property is amazing. 1/2 mile walk to the beach, located in a great neighborhood, and not too bad a drive to historic St. Augustine. Accommodated 3 adult couples comfortably. Pool area and back yard is a wonderful gathering area. The property manager was excellent to teal with from start to finish. We could not have been happier with this rental.

Home by the Beach

Home was very clean and beds comfortable. Short walk to the beach and added bonus of beautiful pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and it was pet friendly!

Worn out furniture

The furniture is worn out. Saggy beds, couches, and chairs. No cable TV or local channels. I do not recommend this place unless you are a fan of Motel 6.

Home away from home

The house was perfect for a quiet stay away from my busy life. The neighborhood is very peaceful and is reasonably close to everything you would want to do while in St. Augustine. The house is very clean and come with entertainment like books, puzzles, and some TVs. I would definitely recommend this location and host.

Great little oasis away from the beach!

Our family loved the house, especially the pool and the huge primary bathroom shower. The property was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the owners were great. We were notified early of anyone coming by for pool, lawn or heating/air maintenance. The house is only a short walk to the beach and maybe a 3 minute drive to the 4x4 beach entrance. Overall it was a fantastic trip and we will definitely book again in the future!

Quiet neighborhood, nice pool/spa, easy short walk to beach and a nearby restaurant. Good communication from host. Nice decor. St Augustine restaurants, sites and activities only a short drive away.

Butler beach

We will definitely come back to this property. It was clean, well stocked. The location was perfect in a quiet residential neighborhood not 10 minutes from St. Augustine. The property owner was wonderful. Full of great and concise information. You can't go wrong here.

Staycation

We are from Orlando so even though we’re only a 90 min drive, this vacation rental made it feel lien we were far away in the best place possible. Comfy, clean and lots of space for our teens and us to all enjoy our time together and alone. We’ll definitely be back.

Very Relaxing Atmosphere!!

Our family loved our time at this beautiful home! We loved the pool and outdoor sitting area. The beach was literally 3-4 minutes from the house. We would definitely stay again!!
