Beach Front Condo!!!

Welcome to the Beach! This condo is located on the third floor of the complex, close enough to hear the waves crashing on the shore. The views are amazing! Sit on the balcony with your favorite beverage and enjoy the sunrise, watch the dolphins play in the water or the birds soar over the ocean.

The condo has recently gone through an extensive renovation. All new floors, fresh paint, new cabinets and more! The unit has 2 air conditioners to help keep you cool on those hot days. The unit has an open floor plan and features a kitchen island and plenty of counterspace.

The kitchen has all the appliances you need while on vacation - a dishwasher, a combo washer/dryer unit (no need to go to the laundry building), electric range with self-cleaning oven, over the stove microwave and a full-size refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.

There is a small dining table with 2 chairs, 2 stools at the island, as well as an outdoor table and chairs, giving you plenty of options to enjoy your meals.

The living room has a comfortable modular sofa with an ottoman to allow you to kick up your feet and stretch out. The couch is comfortable enough to sleep on or it can be easily moved to accommodate an air mattress for additional sleepers. There is an electric fireplace and right above it is a 65” Smart flat-screen TV with all your basic cable channels as well as access (with your own account information) to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. High-speed Wi-Fi is also included to allow streaming/work on phones, computers, and tablets.

The bedroom has a built-in closet organizer to unpack and organize your clothes. There is a queen-size bed and 2 nightstands. The bedroom has a 50” Smart flat screen tv with local cable access and, as in the living room, access to streaming services with your own account information.

North Topsail Island is a family community with clear blue-green waters surrounded by sand that is loaded with amazing shells and rocks. Many beachgoers are able to find shark teeth on the beach (some advice, find a local to help you in your search). Topsail is a quiet place to escape the rigors of life back home and relax with friends and family.

While Topsail Island is a quiet place, the towns of Sneads Ferry and Surf City are not far away. These towns offer shopping, restaurants, a spa, and nearby country club for those who want to play golf. There are also plenty of tourist activities to do.

**The condo is 100% non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, or within 10' of the entry door. Failure to follow this rule will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.**

**PLEASE NOTE: Due to tidal erosion, direct beach access in front of this condo may be limited during high tides. However, it is accessible just a couple of buildings south of us in our complex and there is also a beach access a very short walk past the north side of the parking lot during these times.**
