Christmas Family Vacay

The State of the Art captured the magic that we wanted to give our children this Christmas season. The Christmas decorations and the way the art came to life definitely added to the experience. We had everything we needed and more to keep the adults pleased and the kids busy. Each room felt like our own little escape!!

Great place for bikers headed to Rally!

We had 6 bikes headed to the Bikes Blues and BBQ Rally in Rogers AZ. Stopped in Broken Bow and enjoyed this lovely venue! We were only there one night, but the rooms were spacious and super clean. Plenty of communal space for hanging out. Very nice back deck to enjoy the wonderful views and weather.

State of The Art Review

This cabin was absolutely amazing. We had 12 adults stay for 4 days and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The cabin has all the amenities you need plus more. The views are beautiful and the location is perfect. We will absolutely stay here again!

Best cabin experience

Celebrated my 39th birthday with some friends and it was the best experience ive had .. deom the aesthetics to the cleanness of the cabin to this cabin had all the things needed to make this stay prefect.

State of the Art is a great cabin!!

We had a great time while we were in Broken Bow and the cabin was perfect. Could not have asked for more responsive and pleseant owners. This cabin is brand new and will not disappoint, we had 11 people and plenty of room. Will for sure stay there again

Family getaway

Had a wonderful stay at state of the art. The house was loved by all from our 2 yr old granddaughter to my parents. Very spacious for our family of 12 had everything we needed. And love the showers!! We definitely will be back!!

Great vacation

This was a remarkable vacation with family! The house is very well appointed, love the artistic flair! Only complaint, bedrooms are small, and some of them have no closet space. Pack light, and you’ll love it!

60th Birthday Trip

One of those vacations that everyone goes home glowing knowing you made fun and loving memories together. Spent a day kayaking , a day on the lake and our evenings in this beautiful home playing games and sharing our vocals and laughter. Plenty of room for our family of 12 .

Birthday couples retreat

The property is absolutely beautiful! Everything for the most part was clean and user friendly. My only complaint is that the rooms were kind of warm throughout the night. Other than that my stay was amazing!

Glamor Meets Nature

There was no “fighting” over rooms as all four had a king bed, private bathroom, and it’s own balcony! This house was as comfortable as it was beautiful. With a trained chef in our group, each meal was an event and the large island and beautiful dining table were perfect. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and table settings that were in great condition. There was plenty of outside seating areas including a giant fire pit. It’s in a great location and easy to find. We would return!

Unique and Crisp

The inside of State of the Art was so bright and colorful, but still elegant and clean. The decks have wonderful views and there are so many places to sit and chat and have wonderful morning and evening conversations. The tiniest things that we could find were that the dishwasher seemed a bit misaligned so it was hard to close it, and the stairs to the second floor are a bit rickety. Other than that and a few lights that were out inside and outside on the deck, the place was perfect! Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was a very uniques cabin with the “come to life artwork”

This property was very unique. It accommodated our family pretty well. The outside accommodations were lacking somewhat. It kept everyone slightly disconnected. A playground for the smaller kids would have been nice. A table for outside dining would have been nice as well. The 5th & 6th bedrooms on the 3rd floor were not really what you would call a fully functioning bedroom. All in all the cabin is very nice & we enjoyed our stay.
