Nice, clean, comfortable cabin. 5 adults on fishing trip to Henry’s Fork/Yellowstone and it fit the bill. Clean and provisioned with linens and basic supplies, i.e. ktichen, etc.

Lovely log cabin close to Yellowstone

We were a family of 5 adults (1 in a wheelchair) staying 4 nights and found the cabin perfect!This was our base for touring Yellowstone and Grand Tetons - location was great!The ramp into the house was really appreciated and the open living area / dining was comfortable. The couple sleeping upstairs loved the loft.Everything we needed for a great stay

Our host was very nice. There were no ping pong paddles and balls when we got there. She bought them and brought them the next day. The hot tub cover was rusty and broken. It fell over the railing when we tried to uncover it. There were finger nails in a pile on the carpet upstairs. Overall, it was fun.

Great Setup

A little ways outside Yellowstone but an easy drive to the park. Perfect setup for a few families and great place to rejuvenate after a full day of activity.

The owners were communicative and helpful area was nice not a lot of areas to get food but it's proximity to yellowstone and local views were amazing.

I was very disappointed with this beautiful cabin. PHOTO'S are deceiving, rooms much smaller than they appear. STAIRS : Steep, dangerous and so short your entire foot can't fit without overlapping. For older people this is dangerous and scary. KITCHEN : very small, the table allows only 6, as did the living room. Utinsels were barely adequate, cheap, and in some cases broken. HOST was curt when called with a question, and never responded when called to notify her there was a leak in the house. BASEMENT : the carpet along the wall had visable dust, under the bed was dust, garbage, and ping pong balls that had been there for who knows how long. MAIN LEVEL CARPET : needs a serious cleaning. PATIO : planks were popping up and in disrepair, it needs resurfacing, sanding and repair. We allowed a 1 year old baby to crawl on the patio for a few minutes before noticing severe slivers in his hands, knees and feet, we could not allow him outside without holding him. NEIGBORHOOD : is deceiving. If you need privacy this cabin is NOT for you. Cabins are so close you can reach out & touch the cabin next to you. There were no trailers, ATV, etc allowed at the cabin and only 2 cars. HOWEVER other rental units did not abide by this rule. As much as you pay per night there are other quieter cabins more private and better situated. Would I rent this cabin again NO. Choose your cabin carefully. Overall I was not impressed, it was only sufficient for our stay.

Regarding communication, the voicemail about the leak was received after your group had already checked out. Since no assistance was being requested, our immediate priority was notifying the appropriate maintenance personnel so the issue could be addressed promptly. Had we been made aware of the leak during your stay, we would have responded right away. We appreciate your comments regarding cleanliness and the condition of the deck and have shared them with the homeowner for review. Very nice rental

we had a great time, lots of things to do and lots of Space in the cabin. More parking space would be helpful though. Really enjoyed the hot tub!

Island Park Cabin

Fun cabin nestled in beautiful Island Park! We really enjoyed our stay. Two things that didn't really matter but that would've made it more convenient was if there was a bathroom downstairs and if the pool table wasn't so close to the walls (really limited your shot making abilities). Overall it was peaceful and definitely worth it.

Great Fall Break

It's been awhile since I've been back to Island Park. It was so fun to show my older children a place I love so much. The Yellowstone cabin did not disappoint. The cabin was beautiful, full of charm and room. We played ping ping, spent time in the hot tub and so much more. We will definitely be back next year!! For those that don't know the area, Island Park is the perfect home base for Yellowstone Park!

Log cabin construction was beautiful. Nice clean cabin. Fans helped a lot as it was very warm. The fridge ice maker did not make much ice and the grill needs to be checked out as the first 2 burners from the left did not work properly. We were visited by a female moose one evening, which was so awesome. We all enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and being out in nature. Some of our group also enjoyed the hot tub. We would recommend this place if you enjoy being out in nature.

Spacious, lots of towels hot tub great, play room great. Warm In upper room- no AC. But cooled in evening. Porch should have been sweat or washed down - very dusty dirty. The outdoor grill was extremely dirty. Tv internet coverage was great. Overall we had fun

Buyer Beware - Significantly Overcharged

This property came up as a "Last Minute Special" in my search at reduced pricing. I contact the property representative to ensure that the rate was correct BEFORE booking and had the lower rate confirmed in writing. They then proceeded to charge me the full rate anyway (several hundred dollars more) and would not return my calls. While the cabin itself is fine, I was charged significantly more than I should have been. The property representative did not respond to numerous calls and messages prior to our stay seeking to resolve the discrepancy.

Great Stay for Yellowstone Visit

Our family enjoyed this location for our visit to Yellowstone. Having the ramp was ideal for my father. Our family enjoyed the hot tub, the starry nights, the beautiful home, and the proximity to Yellowstone. I would stay at this property again.

Lacking

Lacking cleanliness and on site maintenance. We had to do our own plumbing and electrical in baths. No maintenance folks available.

GREAT STAY!

We loved our Cabin.....Pine Tree Haven. We traveled from different parts of the country to Yellowstone and this cabin was perfect for our group of 16! Loved the area surrounding the cabin. We would definitely rent this cabin again!! Thank you Jess for all your help and communication!!

Best Place on Earth

This place was absolutely amazing. We didn't want to leave. If I could I would pick this place up and move it home with me and my family. This was the perk to our 12 day vacation. We stayed here as we visited Yellowstone. Side note * if you need groceries, then I would suggest getting them in West Yellowstone or else you will not find groceries very easily. The gas station down the road had a wide variety of food options.
