Check-out time can be declined at times and - as a gesture of goodwill - we let guests check out later if NO other arrival is expected or the Cleaning Company's schedule allows it. In your case and on your departure day - for the very unfortunate - we were expecting another arrival, which means that we were unable to authorise a later check-out for obvious specific reasons. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each individual stay. I greatly appreciate your comments about aspects found wrong or issues that would need a serious look on owner’s behalf and I am really sorry to hear of all these matters after you had gone home. Most of them could had been checked (because the cleaning company dealing with these properties in Kaminaki is doing a very good job through out the years) and resolved immediately if we had been informed on time. In any case your points of view have been handed to the owner and we will check if they will be accordingly utilized.
