We have stayed at a number of properties in the Ponte Vedra area, but this one was truly one of the most beautiful. We had an exceptional stay and will stay here again for sure. Clean, comfortable, and beautifully renovated. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Great beach condo

Can’t beat the location. Very quiet beach, even on the 4th of July. Unit was updated, comfortable, and clean. We loved staying here and plan to book it again.

Wonderful Beach Family Vacation

Very nice and clean condo and loved being able to walk right out the door to the beach! We stayed in the guest bedroom and only thing was we needed to get a step stool just to get on the bed otherwise it was very comfortable! Thank you again for making our stay very enjoyable!

Great beachfront condo

We visit every year and stay in a condo along this small stretch of beach. We've had a great experience at every condo we've stay in that Kendra manages. This property has an amazing patio with screen doors, ceiling fans and a super comfortable couch. I spent lots of time on the porch reading, napping and listening to the ocean. Friendly neighbors, close proximity to great restaurants and a beautiful uncrowded beach.

Great location, tired property

It is a great location, on the beach, end unit, easy access to the PVB area restaurants and attractions. It is hard to maintain a property on the water, and that shows in the 'tired' feel to the flooring, furniture, loud HVAC, etc. Felt compelled to wash plates, dishes and utensils on arrival as many were noticeably dirty.

Amazing location

The location is ideal…gorgeous view and ideal proximity to Ponte Vedra Beach restaurants. The decor is nice, but the unit needs updating. I completely agree with the previous review on the loud HVAC. I would not stay there again just for that reason. It was incredibly hard to sleep in the second bedroom.

Perfect Beachfront Retreat

Our stay at this beachfront rental was simply fantastic! The location was a dream - right on the beach with breathtaking sunrises and easy access to shops and restaurants. The updated interior was both stylish and comfortable, from the cozy couches to the heavenly mattresses. Garage parking added convenience and peace of mind. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and bikes, which made our beach experience even more enjoyable. The well-provisioned kitchen made cooking a breeze. Kendra, the owner, was a delight to communicate with - responsive and accommodating. In short, this beachfront rental exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return for more unforgettable moments. Thank you for a perfect getaway!

Perfect 4th of July

Everything with the unit was perfect. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We had a wonderful holiday weekend. Parking is an issue. The guest spots were all occupied by residents, not leaving a single spot open for our company. Their dedicated spots were open so their visitors had parking. Apparently it is what they do to prevent unauthorized beach goers from parking there, but it seemed very rude and inconvenient to authorized guest who had company for the holiday weekend. Overall, everything was great and we will try to stay in the same unit again.

PVB DELIGHT

The condo was simply outstanding in every way from the ease of the reservation process, to the locale, the check in process, & most importantly condo was even better than represented. The amenities included comfortable beds & a fully stocked kitchen. We plan on returning next year. Thank you for a great experience. Kendra did not disappoint.

Ponte Vedra condo

The property was just as advertised…direct beach access, end condo unit with a beautiful lanai overlooking the ocean. The condo was furnished wonderfully and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities! Kendra was easy to work with as we did require her help with a minor issue on a Sunday, no less, but she was responsive and quick to resolve the issue. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone coming to the area!

Wonderful Stay in PVB!

We had a wonderful time staying here while we were in PVB. Perfect size for a family of 4, just a few steps to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, clean, and very comfortable. Kendra is an absolute pleasure to work with, very responsive and super accommodating. Highly recommend this property and we hope to stay here again!

A Must Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. The decor is the best I’ve experienced at any vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at. It is definitely a must stay if you like to be oceanfront and on the calmer side of the beach.
