4500m2の完全にフェンスで囲まれた公園にある300m2のキャラクター農家、大きなスイミングプール。 プロヴァンスの中心部に位置し、サンレミードプロヴァンスのすぐ近くにあり、アヴィニョン、アルル、ニームから25分以内です。 Masは現在、2018年3月に完了する完全な改修を行っています。

家族や友人と一緒に果樹の木陰でリラックスできる真の平和の楽園です。 夏には、大きな日陰のテラスで、セミの歌を聞きながら、屋外ですべての食事を準備して楽しむことができます。 マスデキャスターでお会いしましょう。

サントマリードラメールビーチ、ポンデュガール、エクスアンプロヴァンスから車で1時間未満。
住宅
Masの1階は共用エリア用に予約されています。 78m2のリビングルームには、キッチン、ダイニングルーム、リビングルームがあります。 家の反対側にある図書館（45m2）は、テレビまたはカラオケスペースとしても機能します。 2階には、エアコン完備の5つのベッドルーム（3つには専用のバスルームがあります）とバスルームがあります。 図書室のエキストラベッドにより、Masは大人12人と子供2人を快適に収容できます。
テラスはバーベキューエリア、ダイニング、リラクゼーションに分かれています。
マスは完全にあなたのために意図されており、スイミングプール、バドミントンコート、卓球台に加えて、4500m2を超える公園だけを楽しむことができます。 いくつかのデッキチェアと日光浴も利用できます。 季節によっては、桜、オリーブ、アプリコットの木の寛大さを活用できる場合があります。

Beautiful house with all you need

We loved the quietness and the house. We were three couples meeting to enjoy south France from all over the world. The house let us do day trips and also spend lots of good time together around the pool. We loved it.

The place is beautiful & very comfortable! Our family of 8 adults and 4 children had plenty of room. Gorgeous outdoor space. Played in the pool which was heated & wonderful for October. Lovely kitchen which was so well stocked for cooking french food or just relaxing with wine & conversation at day’s end! Did day trips to Avignon, Arles, Les Baux de Provence & Saint Remy!! Thank you to Martin & his helper, Valentine!!

Beautiful house

We rented this house a group of friends and we were so happy with it!the house is amazing for socializing and cooking lots of food together. If you are a big group of people I would definitely recommend renting this place!

My brothers, their wives…all nine of us gathered in Tarascon for our nieces wedding, to a man from Provence. Martin’s home was perfect for the occasion. Spacious old, and beautifully updated house with lovely indoors and outdoors space for all of us. We were charmed by it, Martin was lovely to communicate with….we’d come again if we lived closer.

Nice place. Needs some maintenance

We have stayed at mas de Castor from 19 to 26 August The house is very nice with an spacious living room, well equipped kitchen and dining room. We can’t give top qualifications because the house needs some maintenance specially in two bathrooms with bad smell There is a factory nearby with occasional bad smell as well On the positive side garden and pool are nice , rooms have air conditioning and the attention received by owners was great

Amazing stay!

Nestled in picturesque Provence, this rental offers a magical escape. Stunning views, modern amenities, and a tranquil ambiance make it an unforgettable retreat. Perfectly located for exploring the region's charm. Highly recommended! During our delightful stay at the house, we couldn't help but notice that some basic amenities were quite limited. Adding small complementary touches, such as providing soap and mini shampoo for guests, would have made it even more special. Additionally, for a week-long stay, having more than one roll of toilet paper per room would have been truly helpful. Another thing to have in mind is that the library area doesn’t have AC. We really enjoyed our week stay. Thank you Georgie

Fabulous family holiday

This property was perfect for a large family group and we all loved our time there. The layout of the house was ideal with many different activities available. The property is a gorgeous old house with a few accompanying issues namely plumbing - basins don’t drain unless the modern plug system is removed entirely - however once these glitches were worked out - all was good. The only downside was the town of Tarascon which was a real disappointment. This was not a charming village where we could stroll for a coffee or pick up a baguette from the local boulangerie. Tarascon is a sad town full of many beautiful old buildings in need of attention and lacking energy and life. Having said that, we all had a marvellous memorable holiday

La maison est vraiment spacieuse, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le jardin. Dommage pour l’usine à proximité qui dégage quelques odeurs nauséabondes. Je recommande vraiment cette maison car nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et il y a beaucoup de site à visiter à proximité.

AUTENTIQUE MAS PROVENÇAL !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce splendide mas ancien, nous étions pourtant 13 adultes, 3 enfants et un bébé, mais les volumes et le nombre de couchages ont permis de conserver une fluidité très agréable. Cette maison possède un cachet exceptionnel notamment avec une magnifique pièce de vie de 70 m2 et un jardin très arboré. De plus le centre ville de Tarascon n’est qu’à 7 min à pieds de la propriété. Bref, un séjour au top, tout en authenticité !

Semaine de vacances très relaxe

Points négatifs: quelques moustiques, quelques odeurs ponctuellement portées par le vent provenant de l'usine à quelques kilomètres, problèmes avec une des salles de bain (qui a dû être condamnée). Points positifs: logement tout à fait conforme à l'annonce postée sur Abritel, toutes les chambres sont spacieuses, bonne literie, décoration de goût. Logement idéalement situé à proximité de la Camargue, du mont Ventoux, des Alpilles, d'Arles et Avignon. Logement idéal pour les mordus de nature, comme pour les mordus d'art et d'histoire.

Perfect location to walk to town yet be in the quiet countryside

Our holiday in this house was absolutely wonderful due the comfort and convenience of this house. So close to town yet delightfully quiet countryside feel throughout our stay. Modern renovations have been tastefully applied to this very French farmhouse. Plenty of toilets and shower rooms. The large garden, alfresco eating area and very comfortable outdoor seating and sun loungers were used to the full by our large family. Table tennis and boules contests interleaved with our day trips to the many local sights and activities. Communications with Martin were easy and timely. Check in and check out with his house keeper, Valentine was delightful. (English or French language) Absolutely 5 star holiday. Memories to last a lifetime.

Absolutely charming property

A beautiful and spacious Provence style house! Great communication with owners. Spacious rooms. Great locations. Only not perfect due to a few maintenance issues that need to be fixed (lights that didn’t work and BBQ that was quite filthy To a point of not being usable) but would still rent it again and again!

Sejour plaisant mais terni par de nombreux désagréments dans la maison

L'entretien de la piscine n'a été fait que deux fois sur les 4 initialement annoncés pendant notre séjour de 15 jours, la deuxième intervention étant la veille de notre départ. Nous avons dû assurer nous même l’entretien du filtre et de la chaussette. De plus, il y a une absence de sécurité physique de la piscine alors même qu’un rideau est visible sur les photos mais hors service. Une alarme est toutefois en place. L’entretien des espaces vert est effectué toutes les semaines mais les arbustes nécessiteraient une taille forte sur le chemin d’accès afin d’éviter les frottements sur la carrosserie des véhicules. Nous avons également eu des odeurs nauséabondes en provenance des canalisations des douches. Le soucis a été corrigé en cours de séjour. La Climatisation était peu performante dans 2 des chambres. La quantité de vaisselle était vraiment insuffisante pour un groupe de 14 personnes de même que les quantités de transats et chaises. Nous avons aussi eu des équipements cassés ( chaises, transats, marche de terrasse…), utilisables en l’état comme précisé par le propriétaire, il réside néanmoins un risque important pour les enfants. Les matelas des transat et canapés ne sont plus de toute fraîcheurs. Des transats en alu seraient plus pratiques et éviteraient la manutention quotidienne des matelas et coussins. Le propriétaire était présent la semaine avant notre séjour et nous avons eu la surprise d’un barbecue plutôt en mauvais état et defaillant. Un entretien plus suivi de la maison serait nécessaire au vu du tarif appliqué. Celui ci n’est pas en relation avec la prestation attendue À noter également la présence de l’usine fibre excellence qui génère de fréquents désagréments olfactifs additionnés à ceux des chevaux à proximité et la compagnie de nombreuses mouches, cela n’étant en rien imputable au propriétaire mais suffisamment important pour le souligner. La maison reste dans l’ensemble très jolie et idéalement placée pour les nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours.

Relaxing Visit to Tarascon Villa

The Villa is simply lovely with spacious rooms and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. We 3 couples enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and lovely gardens and grounds. On a few cool nights we made a cozy fire in the beautiful fireplace that was well positioned in the combined living room/dining/kitchen area. While we were just 3 couples, this Villa could comfortably accommodate many more as there were 5 bedrooms (all on the second floor),, and some included an extra twin bed. Three of the bedrooms had large en suite bathrooms with a huge walk-in shower. There is a smaller (4th) bathroom near the 2 additional bedrooms and a lovely little bathroom on the first floor off the main entrance. The laid back village of Tarascon is about a 5 minute walk from the Villa, and because of this close proximity, we could walk to the village for groceries, wine or fresh croissants most mornings. While it was too chilly for us to use the pool, it looked very inviting for summer visitors, and there are 2 areas of outside seating as well. We highly recommend this Lovely Villa for families or groups.

Splendid house

Lucky to have been the first who spent holiday in this beatifully renovated house. We were 6 adults and 7 small children (between the ages of 1 and 5). By arrival we were amased how spacious the rooms are: a splendid new kitchen with a modern island, 5 bedrooms of which 3 of them have their own bathroom, an extra bathroom for the kids, a very nice open living and a separate ‘salon’ with some additional multimedia tools (PS3, megaboom Bluetooth boxes,...). But above all, the house has a fantastic outside terras from where you look down on the pool and the impressive garden. This house in Tarascon (close to beautiful cities as Arles, Les Baux, St-Rémy,...) has that real southern French charme and at the same time the luxury to enjoy a carefree holiday. The owner Martin is very helpful and easy to contact by whats app, sms, mail,... The small questions we had during our stay were immediatly answered or resolved by his local contacts. In a nutshell: well recommended!
