Great stay

Me & my little family which included kids aged 7-14 enjoyed our stay. For any questions I had to no issues contacting owner of property. Would not mind staying again.

Loved!

We had a great time! The teens loved having the private pool access and it’s just across the street from the beach entrance. This worked out great for us! Plus there are so much to do in Destin! We will definitely be back!

Great Place

It was our 1st time taking the kids to Florida and they loved the place we stayed. When we left my 5 year old cried because he didn't want to leave our new house as he called it. It was a very short walk to the beach. Absolutely loved it.

beach is far to walk

The place is nice but the beach is far to walk and need to cross the street and my son is almost hit with the car that didn’t stop when we cross the street.

My grandkids and I were pleased with the location. Four of us stayed comfortably. If the other three had come it would have been crowded. It was clean and nice the pool was at the back patio door. Just a short walk across the street to direct beach access

It was nice being right next to the pool. Our only issue with our stay was the man staying next door to us smoked on his patio. After I asked him to smoke in the smoking area in the back he continued smoking on his patio.

Beach vibe pool vibe

This condo was well appointed and clean. The decor and condition of it shows the Tlc put into it by the owner! Perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, the kids would love the bunk beds! The condo is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, good space, could sleep six. Vrbo's description is unclear and needs to be updated.

Great location

Condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed being on ground level and across the street from beach. Our patio opened to the heated pool, which was awesome. There was an issue with the wash machine not working, but property owner responded quickly and was working on getting it fixed. We left before it before it was fixed so we aren't able to provide update.

Our stay couldn't have been better. Everything was exactly as described. We had a small hiccup upon arrival, to no fault of the owners, but it was quickly handled and did not damper our stay at all. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, and close to town for everything we needed. The owners were wonderful to work with and my kids want to come back every year!

Was not on the beach.was not a 2 bedroom..my brother is on a walker.it was hard to cross the road.

Excellent location to beach

We had an amazing vacation! I loved the bunk beds for my kids it was perfect for them. The rest of the condo was great too! I cooked most of our meals there and it had everything I needed. I loved that the kids could swim in the pool and I could watch them from inside the condo. The location to the beach was very close. You just had to cross the street and there was the boardwalk and beach. The only drawback was I didn’t realize that the owner would be sending a parking pass for me to print out the day before. That was an inconvenience and didn’t know I needed to do that until I was on the road and obviously no printer. The owner was nice to suggest a local print shop however they closed early so I had to beg the worker to print out for me. I would suggest sending the parking pass earlier or my husband had a great suggestion that you put the pass in the condo when the cleaning lady comes in and leave it there for when the guests arrive. Even with that little issue I would absolutely return. Wonderful place!!

2022 Destin Trip

Family vacation trip to Destin for the first time and we truly enjoyed the experience. The condo was really nice and clean. We are thinking about moving there now

We hate being ripped off

Due to Covid19 we rescheduled our vacation for August 2021. The owner received a refund for our reservation deposit in February 2021. We thought nothing about the fact that we were not receiving a total refund for the 2020 reservation and blindly rescheduled for safety reasons. Well now we can not reach the owner and have not received our deposit refund. Sadly we trusted the website and it’s users. We would also add that the condo was very old and the furniture was uncomfortable. So much so we left early. Please beware of getting scammed during these difficult times. People are desperate and willing to take your hard earned money 😱

Family vacation

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was great to the beach, right across the street so we could go back and forth as needed. The unit was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We had a little issue with my email address not working for Sandra but we got it figured out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Our vacation home is located in Destin's beautiful Crystal Beach, just a few yards from the beach. It it very cozy, and relaxing; with all the convenience of home for your personal enjoyment.

It is absolutely a Great vacation location!!!
Our Unit is located a short walking distance to the Beach.(Approximately 100 yards)
We chose this unit as it is centralized location makes it very convenient to all of Destin's Major attractions. We are located within 5 minutes driving time to shopping at the Destin Commons Mall; or the Silver Shells Outlet Mall.
For more fun & adventure the BIG KAHUNA Water park, as well as all the beach rentals for more water activities. And of course it is also close to all the fabulous restaurants in town!!
This unit is directly across the street from the Emerald Green Waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. It is also located on the ground floor, with a balcony that opens up to your very own private patio; directly adjacent to poolside & jacuzzi area.
The pool area is gated and exclusively for guest use only.
