The Space:

Villa Aragona, an iconic 17th-century villa nestled amid centuries-old olive trees, offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Naples, Capri, and surrounding islands. Thoughtfully designed in a classic Mediterranean style, the villa blends rustic charm and comfort for an immersive experience, with interiors reflecting an elegant fusion of country-style furniture, antique majolica, and contemporary comforts.



Property Layout and Features



Spanning three floors, Villa Aragona epitomizes refined villa living, providing ample space and privacy for large families or groups.

Ground Floor: Guests are greeted by a spacious entrance hall, with doors leading to two separate living areas, both adorned with antique majolica and country-style decor. One of the living areas features a sofa bed for additional flexibility. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a window that brings in natural light, and a single bed in a rustic living area that opens onto the patio and garden. Additionally, there is a bathroom and an ancient room where farmers had built a wood-fired oven, which we still use to organize wonderful pizza nights for our guests.

First Floor: A marble staircase leads to a series of luxurious double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Upon request and prior to arrival, the three double beds can be converted into single beds, offering additional flexibility. One of the bedrooms includes a walk-in shower with garden and sea views.

Second Floor: The second floor hosts a magnificent master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, panoramic sea views, a cozy living room with sofas and armchairs, and a grand terrace ideal for relaxation. Adjacent is a dining area next to a fully equipped kitchen with antique majolica floors, adding timeless charm.



Exclusive Garden Suite

The villa’s suite, set in the garden, provides a serene escape with rustic decor and panoramic countryside views. The suite is on two floors, and each floor features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The lower floor bed can be split into 2 single beds and a terrace for private moments amid nature.



Outdoor Spaces

Villa Aragona’s vast outdoor spaces allow for endless moments of leisure, with multiple terraces, gardens, and lounge areas capturing the best of Mediterranean living.

Al Fresco Dining and Pool Area: The gardens open to a pool and jacuzzi area with sun loungers, surrounded by olive and lemon groves. A shaded patio with a barbecue area provides a cozy spot for al fresco meals.

Panoramic Terraces and Sunbathing Lawn: The extensive lawned garden includes beautifully furnished terraces, perfect for sunbathing or sipping coffee while soaking in the sweeping views of Capri, the islands, and the Gulf of Naples.



Concierge Services and Daily Housekeeping

At Feeling Italy, we go beyond offering high-quality accommodation; we create bespoke experiences designed for effortless relaxation. Please make a request before booking for an event to learn about the associated extra fees and discuss other important details. Please note that our food and beverage team is the only catering service authorized to operate in the villa.

Located in Acquara, Villa Aragona serves as an excellent base for exploring the captivating Sorrentine and Amalfi Coasts.



Nearby Highlights: Acquara is a charming area, home to local shops, delightful trattorias, and vibrant bars. A quick drive brings you to Nerano Bay (ideal for seaside relaxation), and Positano is a scenic 16 kilometers away. Sorrento, with its historic charm, is a short 14 kilometers northwest.



A grocery store is within walking distance.







Arrival and Check-In Information



Check-in time: Between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Late arrivals can be accommodated with advance notice and an additional fee.



Check-out time: By 10:00 am.



Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.



Other Things to Note:

Events and Gatherings: Any events or gatherings must receive prior approval from Feeling Italy. Unauthorized events are not permitted on the property.



Private Chef and Catering Services: Outside catering and chef services require prior approval from Feeling Italy. We are happy to arrange special services for you upon request.



Wood Oven Usage: Available for use exclusively by a professional pizza chef provided by Feeling Italy. Contact us to schedule this service.



Accessibility: The multi-level layout and stairways throughout Villa Aragona may pose challenges for guests with limited mobility.
