Fantastic house with all the amenities

We all enjoyed the house and all of it's amenities. It was right on the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. The house was very nicely decorated and has everything you could need for a week at the beach.

Beach House Beauty

The location and views from the house were fantastic. Easy access to a beautiful beach. Pool and hot tub were great. House was well equipped and just as nice as pictures. Great layout for a large group. Love all the decks! Would stay here again!

We have stayed here four of the last five years and the property has been kepy up nicely. Noticed new couch and chairs in living area as well as new washer and dryer since last year.Did have a broken dishwasher when we arrived andon a Saturday and it wasn't repaired until Wednesday.(by the way, should have repairmen come back to reposition the dishwasher as when loading with lower rack out, the whole unit tips forward causind upper rack to fly out). Also had a smoke detector start blaring one morning (mounted high on living room wall) but a representative did come to replace a battery after a couple hours. We are still undecided wether to rent next year as grand-kids are getting older with other interets and hobbies.

Family adventure 2023

We all loved this property! We enjoyed the restaurants nearby and the ice cream shops! We all enjoyed Marineland, The Alligator Farm, miniature golf, St Augustine and the beach! The pool at the property was a wonderful bonus!

Retired Women's Getaway

6 women, 55 and over stayed in this great beach house. Plenty of room. We rent a beach house somewhere in Florida every year. This has been our favorite by far.

The View

The house was awesome! It had everything a beach house should and we took advantage of the pool and hot tub! Watching the sunrise every morning was one of the highlights!

Amazing house and location!

Brand new house with direct beach access. The beach access is public, not private, but that didn't bother us. House had a bedroom and bathroom for everyone! Kitchen was very well equipped.

Paradise view

Beautiful house well equipped! Grill was flat top and not a grill per say! Love the spa, the view, and beds were comfortable! We will be at The View again someday!

Location, location.

Our stay was perfect, from location to more than I expected. On the beach and pool was perfect. I would highly recommend this to everyone. A perfect trip for my family. I would go again. Everything we needed was there. Close to shops, restaurants. Fun in the sun made easy, ThankYou!

Beautiful house and amazing location

We truly enjoyed our stay there. The view is simply amazing and house very new and comfortable. Just a couple of small improvement needs. In the kitchen a lot of tools were not properly cleaned and it was missing a few key tools like mixer, juicer,...

Perfect in every way!

Great location, amazing house, clean! We loved every second. The elevator wqs a huge help with my elderly parents. Beach location is ideal and proximity to restaurants in walking distance was ideal! We will be back! (Could use more dish towels,paper towels, toiletries (soap, shampoo etc) for the price moreof those items should be included but doesn’t change my recommendation!!)

Barking dogs

Dogs across street from house barked from 7am to 10pm every day, every time someone walked to or from the beach. Otherwise very nice.

Great beach location for the family!

The house was beautiful, quiet, well stocked and clean. If you have a favorite kitchen gadget, you should probably bring it. We brought our own blender and glad we did. The house has a gas grill by the pool. You’ll need to bring beach towels and chairs for the beach. The house is a quick walk to restaurants and bars. There was a learning curve with the family room TV and the pool/hot tub controls- directions by each would’ve been helpful. We loved our stay and plan to return!

Still a great "VIEW"

This was the third year we have stayed in The View as it meets our family needs and has the amenities and location we desire. The property is beginning to show some ageing issues. We had a mold issue in some windows which had to be dealt with. Also second floor thermostat was locked so that floor was warm throughout our stay( Cooler weather prevented this issue from becoming intolerable.) Advertised beach chairs were 3 broken and unuseable. We bought and left 4 need chairs for future guests. Trash was not picked up on Friday as advertised. Don't know what happened there. All in all still a great place to vacation.

Exactly as pictured

This is a beautiful property in a great location. My only complaint would be please include more basic supplies. We arrived and had to immediately go to store for soap they provide a tiny little soap in each bathroom , toilet paper ( the one they provide is like sand paper) , hand wash , etc... We stay in a lot of high end properties , with I would consider this property, and have never had such cheap basics. In their defense it was listed what would be provided. It just takes away from a high end feel. I am sure they probably rent to multiple families but we were one family paying a lot of money to stay and expected a little more of a " catered to feeling " . Bedding is starting to look a bit used and master bedding needs an update. Overall, a fabulous stay !

Fabulous stay

Our family had the best time staying here for the week. The house was so clean and had everything from beach towels in all the rooms to a gourmet kitchen. Everything was so well stocked. They even have some beach chairs and beach/pool floats. We've been renting on St. George Island for over 20 years but decided to come to St. Augustine Beach because there's more to do with the kids (ages 5,8,10). We all loved the pool and hot tub as well. We could walk to the ice cream store, which was just a block away, and it was so easy to drive into St. Augustine for shopping and dinner. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for such a fabulous experience!

Property was Great! We have rented properties in the past where the pictures and text were far better than our actual experience. Not this one! It was beautiful, clean, lots of room and right on the beach. Can't wait to do it again next year!

Beautiful home

Great house! Incredibly well stocked with lots of dishes pots and pans whatever you need- very clean - beautifully decorated- great area!! We will be back!
