Wonderful Vacation!

The apartment is clean and well stocked with all necessities.The washer and dryer are particularly appreciated for a beach vacation.The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night.The decks are fabulous and we truly enjoyed the views.The proximity of the apt to the pool and beach cannot be beat.The pool was clean and the ocean water and sand are beautiful! We’re used to Jones Beach on LI and if their sand quality is a 10, we’d give this a 9 rating and that’s only because it’s a bit more coarse. There are many life guards, and people make fires on the beach at night to sit around. I’ve only ever seen this in San Diego before.There is a closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys so don’t bother bringing them. Aimee responds very quickly to questions and is extremely kind and accommodating. We’re hoping to come back next year!

Cousins getaway

Overall the property was beautiful, and clean. Great location to beach. Only complaint would be the living room couch needs a good cleaning and the showers need to be regrouted or deep cleaned to remove mold. Those things were minor and we still have a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Great views and well appointed

Loved tge 2 balconied... catching sunrise and ocean on one side and sunset and bay on the other. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Only complaint is lack of dresser space for both our clothes.

Perfect!

Everything was very clean upon arrival, and check-in was very easy. Having fresh linens delivered was a nice touch. Also liked not needing a key which meant one less thing to bring to the beach. We didn’t forget anything, but there was a bunch of items available on the unit if you forgot it (soap, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.)! There is also access provided to tons of hear for the beach - chairs, footballs, umbrella, wagon, etc. I didn’t need to contact the hosts much because everything was well taken care of and planned out. This was very different from other previous rentals I’ve had. Can’t say enough about the area. We’ve stayed within 5 blocks for the last 3 years. Next year, we’ll stay again if our dates are open!

Best so far …

We’ve been coming to OCMD for many years now with our family of 6 and stayed at a different place each time. This stay was undoubtedly our best. The place is clean, pretty, and well equipped (Love the toaster!). Two balconies provide unbeatable views. Wish we could have stayed longer but there’s always next year. Thanks again for a memorable vacation!

Outstanding

We had a wonderful stay! The owners thought of everything. We enjoyed our evenings listening to the ocean waves on the front balcony. Also, we really enjoyed watching the fireworks over the bay on the back balcony. We definitely will book again.

The rental was exactly as the pictures showed. It was clean and quiet. Everything you could think of was provided, even supplies you may overlook. I would definitely recommend it and will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Vacation!

It doesn’t get better than this! Clean, beautiful, comfortable, convenient. The views from the bay side and ocean side balconies are unbelievable! Our family of four had the best time and we hope to return. Aimee is a wonderful host! Highly recommend!

The property was as pictured and as expected - gorgeous views from the top! Beach decor/vibes throughout! Gracious provisions were available if we forgot something. The hosts are very responsive, accommodating, and gracious! We will definitely be back!

Ocean Getaway!

My wife and I escaped to this beautiful condo near the end of September. The condo was right on the beach/ocean!!! It was Decorated nicely and was well equipped with Everything we needed for a beach vacation! It had a fabulous private balcony on the ocean side, and another balcony on the sound side as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing in the sun

This condo was comfortable and homey. Superb views of the ocean. A bit of road noise can be heard in bedroom while trying to sleep. Overall it was very nice. I would consider returning.

Excellent vacation condo

Very easy check in and check out. Everything exactly as described. Good communication with owners. Really well stocked kitchen. Close to many fun activities and easy drive to boardwalk. No parking issues at end of day. No big lines for elevator. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Has Everything Covered and More

This is a wonderful unit. The balconies on each side are very rare and we used both regularly. Access to the beach is simple and the owners provide all the chairs and toys. The unit has great furniture which we find most owners skimp on. Beds are comfortable and AC is perfect! Kitchen beyond well stocked. The owners are personable and are outstanding communicators. We stay at many of these types of properties. This one is right there at the top! Easy process for check in and out and the building workers are friendly. Parking simple and close to anything you need including grocery store across the street. Book this property!

Clean, comfortable and well-appointed condo. Perfect location. Great view of ocean sunrise and bay sunset. Host is incredibly organized and responsive. You can't go wrong staying here- enjoy!

Great Experience

The patio doors that open wider than most, leading to the perfect oceanfront view, are what made the experience perfect for me!!! Open those doors and feel like the patio is just an extension of the living room. The unit is well stocked and well taken care of, it has comfortable furniture, and the owners are extremely quick at replying to messages. If I go back to OC I won't look for any place else - I will Always stay here! Thanks for sharing your unit.
