Great beach location!

This place is so perfectly located in the heart of Carlsbad and so close to the beach. The place had everything you need and was very comfortable. The only drawback is that it is also really close to the train which has to sound it’s very pound horn everyone it goes through.

Quiet Retreat close to Everything!

This unit is in the perfect spot in downtown Carlsbad. You can walk to all the nearby restaurants and the beach. The unit has everything you need plus beach gear! We will be back! need plus lots of beach gear!

Comfort and Lovely

Everything really was really ideal for me, my dad, and my two kids. Having the comfortable couch, beds and grounds was amazing! My kids and I felt very safe and there was so much with in walking distance. We would love to stay here again

Great place to stay

This was a really convenient place to stay - good location (few minutes walk to the beach & into town) and the place had everything we needed. It was a comfy place to stay, and we enjoyed the boogie boards. There is a train that runs through town that is pretty loud, which ran pretty late and started early, but that was the only downfall.

Amazing Walkable Location. Quiet, Cute complex.

We walked everywhere we needed to go. The home base was a great place to crash. The complex is super convenient and cute. Perfect for our relaxing weekend. I even used the lawn to stretch after my runs on the beach.

Great family beach stay

Great location only 5 minutes from the beach and local to cafes, restaurants, and shops. Nice to have the beach gear available especially the umbrellas and towels. Kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking tasks like making some breakfast or the pot of Mac n cheese when you just can’t fathom taking exhausted kids to a restaurant. Just a note the laundry on the property is shared and coin op or app-pay; throw some detergent pods and dryer sheets in your luggage if you think you need it.

Great spot!

Place is close to Carlsbad village and stores!! Place was clean and had all you needed. Very quiet place to stay so not a place to party. Stayed with my 2-kids and had plenty of space.

Best loaction in all of Carlsbad!

This is an amazing place and also location. Close to downtown, restaurants, and the ocean. This is a kid friendly place with items for the beach like chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie-boards, etc. The kitchen has everything that you need for most cooking efforts.

Good location

Located next to it all in Carlsbad. As the listing says you can hear the training horn blow from 7am-12:30am whenever it passes by. Home has a lot of amenities like beach supplies and games.

Great location!

This condo was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It’s an upper level unit so there are some stairs to climb up. Overall we had a good experience.

Prime location, perfect for families!

My 2 young children and I had a very comfortable stay. The home itself is very child friendly, beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood itself was very quiet. The train does run by and you can hear it BUT it didn’t bother us at all and my kids actually loved it and would look out the kitchen window whenever they heard it come by. We came at the end of May so the weather was perfect and the house temperature wasn’t stuffy and we were never cold in the mornings. All basic necessities were provided which I appreciated (I forgot salt and was thrilled to see some in the cabinet). I appreciated all the extra beach gear. We didn’t use it but it was nice to know it was there if we needed it. I did have trouble at check in. There were 2 codes but only one was given to me and after some confusion on the phone with customer service we figured it out. Also the shower door was wobbly which I had noted as I was bathing my kids but at one point my elbow had barely tapped it and the whole door fell off. I caught it before it hit the floor but I’m afraid if I didn’t it would have cracked or shattered. Maybe something to look into for maintenance. Overall I 100% recommend staying here. It’s the perfect location for families who want to be near the beach as well as shopping/restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

Great Location in the village

Great location close to the best beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and surfing. Nice charming property. High ceilings, quiet grounds, grass and trees. Well provisioned.

Garbage disposal was not working. Frying pans were rusted out. No cooking/baking sheet was available. Besides that everything was great!

Cozy condo

The location is phenomenal, close to beach, close to shopping, close to restaurants. Loved the amount of room for our family with the 2 beds in the second bedroom. Also loved how clean it was when we first walked in!

Great place to stay!

Clean place, super comfy beds! Only a block from the Village shops and maybe 2 blocks to the ocean beach with public bathrooms and a long walkway. Awesome little coffee/breakfast place right across the street from the condo (Cafe Elysa). We used one of the outdoor grills at the condo out in the yard one night. Oh, my friend appreciated all the mirrors in the condo especially if you have a lot of girls getting ready - full length mirrored closet doors in both bedrooms and in hallway as well as bathroom mirror and another small hallway mirror. The dining table easily sat 6 of us. Just be careful parking- it's a tight spot especially if you have a big SUV.
