Great Family Stay!

We loved this for our family vacation! The Splash Resort is wonderful! Plenty to do for the kiddos! Small lazy river, splash pad for bigger kids, splash pad for smaller kids, several pools and a hot tub! Great location! Easy check in. Our boys loved the resort! The room was clean and had everything we needed. Amazing ocean view! Great for morning coffee time! Would come back!

Good stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Splash! It was very family oriented. Great place for kids! And right on the beach! Only downsides are the wait for elevators and the long walk from parking garage to your room! It was overall a good stay.

Enjoyable family experience

The pools, beach, and coffee shop were super convenient, and the condo was as described. The facilities look a little beat down, and the condo floor was super slippery. Only 2 elevators for 20 floors, but wasn’t as bad as it sounds.

Room needs some work

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Found hair and a contact lens in the tub and multiple signs showing that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly including sand on the floor and in the beds. When we got there, the air was not working and had to call multiple times to get someone to fix it. There was a missing remote control and batteries so we couldn't watch TV the majority of the trip. I had all of these issues and still have not been contacted by management to try to offer apologies or any sort of consolation for our issues.

Great View!!

The property was exactly how it was listed. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It had cookware, utensils, silverware, cups, plates and bowls. Side by side fridge with working ice maker. Washer and dryer worked well. The balcony view was amazing. The pool, splash pad and hot tub downstairs were great. The access to the beach was extremely easy and beach service was available. I have nothing but great things to say about our stay at this property and our rental with this company.

Wouldn’t recommend

Awful property. Only 1 elevator operational our entire stay so we waited an average of 5 to 10 minutes each time. Condo was dirty (sand on the floor, dirty floors, dishwasher never unloaded, and dirty microwave). The air conditioning did not work for the first 28 hours so it was very muggy and uncomfortable. The garbage disposal clogged the first night and wasn’t operational the first 28 hours either. Maintenance attempted to fix but left their plunger in our sink after they couldn’t fix and had to call a plumber. Gross.

Ehh, needs a DEEP clean

Walking in we thought it was clean, so much that I gave it a 4 when I received a text survey. After being in there for a day we noticed it wasn't very clean. There was what looked like pop sprayed all over the laundry room door. Only had 1 kitchen towel, later noticed the other one was tucked between fridge and wall. No oven mits that we could find. The shower curtain really needed clean, had mold on it. The trash can in the kitchen is ridiculously small. Not suitable for a kitchen trash can. The cabinet the trash can sat against hasn't been cleaned in some time. There was what looked like dried boogers on the wall on the top bunk bed 🤢 . It was really cold while we were there, the thermostat was locked, so no heat. The manager had them install a different thermostat that worked for a day, the next day it stopped working all together, no a/c or heat... There was no fitted sheet for the top bunk bed and no comforters for bunk beds at all.. Glad the manager brought us some thicker blankets to use. As for the actual Splash condo the heated pools were nice. The hot tub ruined my bathing suit. It was dark orange and when I got out it had turned white.. I would stay at Splash again but not 1905W

Needs work

The TV would not stay on. The sofa suck in when you sit down on it. Maintenence came but nothing was done. The blankets shown was not in the apartment I asked for a blanket but never received on.

Dirty

The condo was very dirty. The pull-out couch had no blanket or sheets. There were no paper towels, trash bags, bathroom amenities, or dish soap. The dishes were in a drawer and about 70% were dirty. It did have a amazing view and was right on the beach so that was great in the mini water park downstairs was definitely a winner for the kids

Beautiful View/resort

As a family of 4, we loved the resort. Beach access with multiple pool areas. Could use a few more Essentials items for the kitchen, blankets, and towels, but overall it was a great stay. Hope to book again for this place! Also loved the extra beach toys, so we left ours to add to let other family’s enjoy as well! Can’t wait to be back!

Beach Vaca

Property was nice, but smelled fishy and we realized it was because of sea shells in a tray in the living room. So, we set them on the balcony to get rid of smell. Also, needed to be whipped down better on counters, bar stools, and light switches etc. Other than what was mentioned we were happy with our stay.

Family vacation.

We enjoyed I the view and it being convenient to the beach and Parking. However it was so dirty. The rug was so old and nasty our feet were black. My baby crawling around had black feet and legs from the floor and the nasty rug. It should be replaced. It was also super dusty and the tv was garbage. Other than that it was a nice place and the beds were real comfortable. Sadly we won’t be back due to loud rude upstairs neighbors who run and drag furniture around at midnight. People here never watched their kids who ran wild. Security guard won’t do their job. Hot tub overran with rude little kids with no parents in sight.

Splash resort

We had so much fun at Splash Resort! We liked there was a variety of pools and things for the kiddos to do in the water. You were right on the beach and loved having the balcony with an Oceanview. The room was clean and big enough for our family of 4 (might want to consider a new couch). The only bad thing was the elevators were so slow. Depending on the time of day you would spend a good 30-45 minutes waiting on the elevators to finally get to your room. I like that there were beach chairs you could rent but I had a baby beach tent for my 5 month old you could totally see over it vs. the canopy’s everyone else had and they told me I had to move behind the chairs if I wanted to keep the tent up. I found that to be a little much especially since there was no one renting the chairs we were in front of. We would definitely come back To Splash Resort. It was worth it!

Great weekend getaway!

We live only 1 1/2 hours from PC Beach so we do like to come down as often as we can. My husband and 2 adult daughters and little Yorkie stayed the weekend. The condo is perfect! Beautiful decorated! We will book again!

March trip review

Bed is comfortable, room is clean, but appliances are dated especially dish washer. The washer and dryer are noisy. Room doesn’t provide any beech chair, umbrella or any other beach toys for kids.

Fun place

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was warm and nice in the evenings. The kiddie area was not heated, but it didn’t stop my kids during the day time.

Beautiful view!

Great stay!

Short but very nice stay.

We had a short stay but it was very enjoyable. The home was very clean and accuracy of online pictures was spot on. We would definitely stay here again.
