Relaxing stay with loads of activities

Sophie was a great host and the house was really well equipped and super clean. We enjoyed the pool, the view and the outdoor activities.

Perfect stay

We had a great stay here. Sophie, the host, was always available for us on short notice, day and night. Clean and tidy, and best of all – we had EVERYTHING we needed on the property. Volleyball, bocce, pool, table tennis, etc. If you need food or anything else, there’s a supermarket just 3–4 minutes away by car.Thank you so much – we had a wonderful time!

Lovely family holiday

We enjoyed a week in early August at this lovely villa. The views were even better than expected and the accommodation suited our group of four adults and three children perfectly. Attention to detail was faultless and we wanted for nothing. The bathrooms were particularly well fitted and spacious. Our host Sophie was extremely helpful and available if needed at all times.

wonderful house with ALL you need

The house is fully equipped and exceptionally clean. The outdoor area, featuring pool and volleyball/badminton area, was a highlight. Our host, Sophie, was exceptional—responsive, helpful, and welcoming. The location is perfect, for chateau visits and trips to Toulon and S. Tropez offering both convenience and tranquility. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it!

The ideal place for a relaxed recovery

The villa is in a perfect condition and equipped with all items required for a perfect recovery. The pool is very nice and well heated. At the nice furnished patio you can spend a complete day. Sophie is an excellent host and takes perfectly care about the villa and their guests. The villa is highly recommended and we will come again.

An amazing villa!

We stayed with my wife and 2 year old daughter. A beautiful villa, immaculate with everything you could ever need. Beautiful pool. The local boulengerie is incredible! It's a bit of a drive to local beaches and towns but they are all beautiful. The callanques boat trip was a highlight from Cassis. We would highly recommend this lovely villa.

Dear David, Thanks a lot for your recommendations. We are indeed lucky to have very good bakeries and local products at the Tuesday market. The beaches are 40km from the house and around the house less than an hour's drive there are Hyeres and his island 58 kms, Marseille 68 kms, Cassis 63 kms, Aix en Provence 70 kms, St Tropez 68 kms, and more an hour’s drive there are Cannes 100 kms, and Les Gorges du Verdon 107kms … I agree with you the calanques by boat are amazing My husband and I will be happy to see you an other time. Fabulous Stay

First time visiting Provence, it didn’t disappoint, from the moment we pulled up Sophie was on hand to greet us, guide us around the property and make sure we were settled. Everything we needed was in the property, the only downside was that it is quite remote. You definitely need a car to get around even locally. The pool was perfect, with plenty of vineyards to visit thanks to Sophie’s recommendations. We had a very enjoyable week here, and would recommend to others. Thank you Sophie & your Husband for a fantastic chilled out week.

Absolutely magnifique!

We had a lovely stay in this amazing house. This house has everything which made our holiday so much easier and fun! Especially the heated pool and the big goal were a hit! Sophie and Michel are very nice and they make sure everything is oké and give you a most welcome feel. We would love to come back, maybe with some friends because the house is big enough for 2 families to enjoy!

Beautiful place with everything you need

A very comfy and relaxing stay at Sophie’s villa. The location is ideal with fantastic views across the valley and very easy access to the local town and possibly the best market we have encountered! The villa has everything you could possibly need and is kitted out to a high standard. With the covered outside eating area and lovely pool you can really relax and enjoy the space. Sophie was an amazing host, with great recommendations for vineyards, beaches, and villages to visit while we were there. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Would certainly recommend and will hopefully be staying again!

Wonderful holidays!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very well-maintained holiday home! Nothing was missing – the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed: pots, pans, plenty of cutlery, dishes, and glasses for eight people. We especially appreciated the gas grill on the terrace, which was very convenient and easy to use.Our personal highlight was the covered terrace with its stunning view of the mountains and the pool – simply amazing! The saltwater pool was pleasantly warm and always very clean.One of the key reasons we chose this property was the variety of activities available right on the grounds: a net in the pool for water volleyball, a football goal on the lawn, a ping pong table, a trampoline, and a boules court that could also be used for volleyball or badminton thanks to an adjustable-height net. There was always something fun to do for everyone.Last but not least: Sophie, our wonderful host. She was incredibly friendly, well-organized, and always helpful, with plenty of great tips for things to do and see in the area.We would love to come back!

Just perfect!

What can you say about this place and the hosts? Just perfect! The beautiful home (clean!) is very quiet situated, but absolutely not to far from all kinds of interesting places and things to do. So you can enjoy two worlds. Also around the house there are all kinds of things to do for the kids (and the parents). We met Sophie and Michel just for the first time in our lives. After more than a week (they were very flexibel in this time of the year about the day of leaving), we had the feeling we know them already for many years. Home from home

From booking to our final farewell the whole experience was perfect. The villa is extremely well equipped for all you could want for a comfortable stay whether you plan to cook for yourselves or not. The whole property was immaculately clean on arrival and the detailed introduction to the villa from Sophie on arrival covered all likely questions. I cannot praise Sophie's hospitality enough, available to answer a question should you have one, but totally respecting of your privacy too. Ideas for local activities and restaurants were of course available and were most useful. The pool was great and the pool furniture likewise. Would I recommend? Obviously yes! Two double and two twin rooms with 3 bathrooms between them make this villa good for families or couples, or even just for two with space and comfort.

Beautiful house in Garéoult

We stayed one week in this house. We were 8 persons and this was no issue since the house is big and well equipped for many. Sophie is the perfect host and do answer quick and supports in case you need it. We loved Garéoult, we went to the local bakery every morning for fresh bread and also we visited the local butchery. Of course we visited the market on Tuesday morning. There are winery’s very close to visit. We was recommended a restaurant by Sophie in nearby city - Auberge des Vignes d'Or, this was something fantastic to try if you like moules. 2 days day we went to the coast, it takes some time to drive and the roads are small. It was also a lot of people closer to the coast. We spent much time in the house and in the super nice pool, that we all enjoyed a lot. We hope to come back one day.

Beautiful house in Gareoult

We stayed in this lovely villa for 2 weeks, me and my husband. During the stay, we also accomodated our doughters family as well as our son and his girlfriend for 8 days. We were then 6 adults and one four year old boy! The villa’s 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made this family-holiday perfect. 2 of the bedrooms were amazing, big and with their own bathrooms. You have everything you need in the house, to make the holiday carefree. And, as many people in the area do not speak English, Sophie helped us out with information, booking of restaurants etc🙏 It was very important to us, that Sophie speaks perfectly English👍 Our children and their families also enjoyed every minute of the days they were there. I think they visited all the bakeries in the region for fresh bread and cakes for breakfast😉 We would love to come back to this house, and Sophie as our host😀 Bye for this time🙋‍♂️

An excellent new villa with a pool in a super location. 5 stars for this property in Garéoult,

As a family of 3 we were very happy in this property. Externally there is a large, pretty garden, a pétanque area, a trampoline and a fantastic swimming pool. There’s also a garage to keep the car cool and secure gates to the entire plot. There are good, long distance forest views of 180 degrees from the villa and pool area. The property faces South and therefore has the sun for morning, day and evening pleasure. Internally there are 4 well appointed bedrooms along with 3 modern bathrooms. The villa was sparkling clean (the cleanest of the many villas that we’ve ever stayed in) and very well equipped (everything was brand new). There are many pretty villages within a 15-20 min radius & Sophie’s restaurant recommendations for lazy lunches were spot on. Garéoult is a 4 min drive down the hill and is a pleasant, authentic village with a pretty church. The friendly, well travelled and hospitable owners are discreet yet on hand (in person or via WhatsApp) for any advice or problems which we found very helpful. We hope to visit again soon and wish Sophie and Michel all the very best.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, drei Kinder) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Kinder und wir haben den beheizten Pool und die vielen Betätigungsmöglichkeiten sehr genossen! Die Gastgeberin Sophie ist eine ausgesprochen nette und freundliche Person, und die Ausstattung des Hauses, insbesondere auch der Küche ist ausgesprochen gut und durchdacht! An alle Wünsche wurde gedacht! Vielen Dank Sophie!

Un séjour parfait ! Jolie maison avec vue magnifique. Piscine chauffée, un vrai plus ! Très très bien équipée, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, il ne manque rien! Nous avons passé une superbe semaine au calme dans la maison de Sophie et Michel! L'accueil a été chaleureux, ils sont aux petits soins avec leurs locataires. Nous étions 5 adultes et 2 adolescentes sur une semaine. Nous avons pu inviter 5 personnes supplémentaire une journée sans manquer d'aucun équipement (chaises, assiettes, couverts...). La maison est grande, propre, très bien équipée, que ce soit en ustensiles de cuisine, linge de maison, lave et sèche-linge, étendoirs ... Elle dispose également d'une chaîne hi-fi Bluetooth pour pouvoir connecter nos playlists. La maison ne dispose pas de la climatisation, elle reste cependant fraîche toute la journée, nous n'en avons pas ressenti le besoin. L'extérieur est très bien aménagé, sans aucun vis-à-vis sur les terrasses et la piscine. Les espaces sont grands et propices à la détente et aux loisirs comme la pétanque, le ping-pong, le trampoline, le volley-ball ou encore les tirs au but. La piscine est chauffée naturellement puisqu'elle est exposée plein soleil toute la journée. Le voisinage est très calme, la maison se situe dans une impasse, clôturée par une portail côté route.Connaissant bien la région, Sophie et Michel sont de bons conseils pour les visites et les lieux de restauration. Le centre ville (à 20 minutes à pied de la maison) dispose de tous les commerces nécessaires. La circulation en voiture se fait aisément sans embouteillage malgré la saison touristique. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Huset, stedet og vertskapet var kjempefint. Men det fliser ekstremt mye fra terrassen rundt bassenget. det er umulig å gå rundt bassenget uten sko. Spesielt de små barne fikk 10-talls fliser.Er dessverre ikke air-con og ikke myggnett på vinduene. Only true down side for this house is that the wooden floor arround the pool spilters extremely easy.

Dear Mette Thank you for choosing our villa for your stay. The terrace is indeed made of wood, which is very pretty. As with any wooden terrace there are a few splinters, this is indicated on the first page of the rental booklet and generally I indicate this when the keys are handed over. So far no one has complained. There are so many places around the house to play and run around. The villa does not have air-conditioning, it is at an altitude of 330 m, very well insulated, there is always a breeze in the afternoon and the nights are always cool. Two Dyson fans are available if required. Our summer guests have never complained about the lack of air conditioning. I'm surprised by your comment because when you stayed at the end of May, it wasn't hot and the nights were around 14 degrees. As for mosquitoes, there are very few and they are treated regularly. Mosquito repellent sockets are available in each room if necessary. This means that you don't have to put mosquito nets on the windows. Tolles Haus, sehr zu empfehlen
