Ottimo potenziale

Siamo stati ospiti dalla Sig.ra Magda nelle ultime settimane di Luglio e le prime di Agosto. La casa in termini di posizione e spazi esterni è davvero ottima per chi ha dei bambini piccoli che amano giocare all’aperto . Da rivedere un po’ l’aspetto delle pulizie interne, in quanto erano presenti parecchie ragnatele interne all’appartamento, tipiche delle case al mare che non si aprono da un po’.Il Mare dista circa 10 Minuti a piedi, supermercato e pizzeria circa 5 minuti, il tutto mette la casa in posizione ottimale per una famiglia che cerca relax ma al contempo non si nega una semplice passeggiata con gelato serale La patrona di casa non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscerla direttamente in quanto si è svolto tutto telefonicamente. Nel complesso siamo stati ottimamente

Soggiorno a Costa Rei

Villetta con vista mare posizionata ottimamente, vicino alla spiaggia, al mercato, due volte a settimana, e a negozi vari, si può quindi lasciare l'auto e fare molte attivita a piedi. La padrona gentile e sempre disponibile. La seconda stanza è piccola per 3 persone e le zanzariere non sono nello stato migliore. Villetta abbastanza fresca anche considerando il periodo del nostro soggiorno, prima quindicina di luglio, comunque è dotata di ventilatori; al nostro arrivo la pulizia non era proprio ottimale. Consigliata anche per la tranquillità della zona e per il parcheggio libero per l'auto.

Super communication avec Magda avant et pendant le voyage. Jolie Petite maison proche de la plage avec terrasse et barbecue.mais Rangement pas pratique dans la chambre des enfants. il n’y avait pas de produit vaisselle. 1seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 3 pour 1 semaine. La bouilloire fait disjoncter et impossible de brancher le sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain.

Rustikales Häuschen

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Tiny-House mit Charme und viel Platz auf den Terrassen. Magda war sehr hilfsbereit und per Whatsapp gut erreichbar. Ich hatte neue Handtücher und ein neues Bügeleisen (das ich im Urlaub nicht brauche). Die Matratze war gut für meinen Rücken, der gerne Probleme macht und es nicht so hart mag. 5 Personen kann ich mir in diesem Haus nicht vorstellen, aber ich bin Platz gewohnt. Ab Mitte Oktober gab es keinen Markt mehr und einige der Läden waren auch geschlossen. Die Strandbars waren noch geöffnet

"Oldy but Goldy" 😊

I will start this review with what I liked and then I will write about what is missing or what improvements would be desirable. The location of the house is perfect! The sea view is superb, and the distance to Monte Nai beach is a maximum of 10 minutes walk with small children! The host is 5 ☆ at any time available for anything you need! I was able to communicate quickly and easily. Thanks Magda for that! The house is rustic and would need some renovations, but it is still equipped with almost everything you could need! The rooms are not very big, the one for children I would say too small for 3 and without storage space than a closet. As a tip I could say that we lacked first of all the Wi-Fi Internet, I thought it would not be a problem but in the last few days the one on the mobile has not arrived and that has become somewhat of a problem. Air conditioning was not a must in June, but in the warmer months it certainly will be! We also missed a microwave, as the kitchen is not equipped with an oven. Which I don't think would be a big deal. We had bed linen and towels included, for the children they were ok, but the ones in our bedroom left something to be desired ... Some cotton sheets would be perfect and a sheet to fit on the mattress. The towels were quite different in size, but here too I would recommend a set of towels in one color, preferably white, so that you don't feel like you're at someone's house. The cleaning was ok, I say ok because it could have been even better, but maybe it's a professional deformation as im working in the field ... however cowebs or limescale spots could have been cleaned more thoroughly! Here I would recommend some cleaning solutions just handy for the eternally dissatisfied as me! The iron in the equipment is very old and whilst i was trying the steam function, it rust stain on the clothes, clearly it needs to be changed! All in all, the beautiful view made me able to write this review in a friendly way I say! I would be happy to return if the above, small things I say, are fine-tuned! Thank you Magda for making our stay so pleasant and for welcoming us, and hope to see you again! ❤

Piccolo appartamento, un po' di più di 350m.lontano dal mare,come descritto, con giardinetto sempreverde😂(erba finta) molto fresco( fine maggio- primi di giugno) ,a parte che abbiamo tenuto sempre chiuso,anche perché le zanzariere non erano proprio in ottima forma,l'interno andrebbe un poco rivisitato,le porte non sono al massimo come chiusura,manca di forno per cottura,forse non ho capito io,nella descrizione,ma di solito i piani cottura sono completati dal forno,il materasso era molto comodo,abbiamo riposato ottimamente,nell' insieme abbiamo soggiornato bene.

Schöne Unterkuft

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und ideal auch mit Hund. Die Vermieterin und dessen Bruder waren super lieb und haben sich um alles rund rum gekümmert. Hier wurden auch Kleinigkeiten und Wünsche wie Hochstuhl berücksichtigt. La proprietaria è con vista mare in una posizione tranquilla e comoda per i servizi. La casa è pulita e abbastanza accessoriata, fresca anche se ben esposta al sole. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile, ci ha messo da subito a nostro agio. Non posso che dare 5 stelle. Dopo 14 anni di Sardegna è la casa più interessante che abbiamo vissuto. Grazie Magda.
