Sweet unit in a beautiful town!

This unit was exactly as described and on a lovely street with the water only a few steps away. Gorgeous sunsets! Ozona has a small downtown area and is a nice break from the hustle and bustle of many area in Pinellas County. The backyard was great for playing with my dog. The unit had everything I needed and the outdoor areas on the front and back porch were very enjoyable!

Lovely Stay by the Water

The house was clean and the perfect size for myself, my husband, and our 18lb dog. It consists of a bedroom, a main living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a screened in front porch, and a back patio with a beautiful view, especially in the morning. The water is right down the street and faces West so it's the place to go to view the sunset (you will usually see a handful of neighbors there as well, some in golfcarts, as they take in the view too). The people around the area are so lovely, we met so mang nice folks and their dogs. And the food options right down the street - Molly's and Courtyard Cafe were our favorites, though we also liked Ozona Pig and Ozona Pizza. Oh, and the icecream place up the street! It was such a great stay, we'd highly recommend this place. It's quiet at night, and dark so you'll be able to get some sleep. A nice peaceful stay.

Great place

We enjoyed our week stay at this lovely home. We highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to Florida. Very convenient location and close to Honeymoon Island (a beautiful Beach.) and restaurants.

Cozy duplex in walkable neighborhood

Location worked great for us, a couple miles from an aging parent who we needed to look after. It's not walkable to the beach but it is walkable to the Pinellas Rail-trail which runs the length of the county from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. Screened front porch and patio furniture in the back just a stone's throw from the water offered outdoor options for relaxing. Inside was not cluttered and includes a fully functional kitchen.

Wonderful stay

This is such a great property in an excellent location. I appreciated it being dog friendly and was a great place to walk the dogs and to walk to the various restaurants and shops. Unit is very clean and nicely furnished. I didn’t end up using the kitchen much but it had everything you’d need for an extended stay. Great yard and views. Would highly recommend!

A safe retreat.

Ozona is tops

Eric's place is a dream. It's difficult to improve on his description of the place and location. Very comfortable home to spend time in and out of. Plenty of excellent restaurants minutes away on foot, and many more a safe, easy bike ride away. The nearby Pinellas trail extends literally dozens of miles to the north and south. A major grocery store a mile away has everything needed to put Eric's well stocked kitchen to full use, and makes spending time on Florida's city highways unnecessary.

Fabulous location!

Nice property and wonderful location! Beautiful view out the kitchen window. The ONLY complaint is the shower is very small-could hardly get out of the spray to even shampoo hair. Great water pressure though! Overall great stay! Great screened in front porch!

Awesome location, quiet and relaxing

We were looking for a place to relax yet be near activities. Ozona is perfect! Great restaurants and bars around one corner, the Sunset Bench just to the West. A screen porch that's perfect for morning coffee and reading. Great amenities like bikes and proximity to the biking trails. Comfortable bed, easy to use TV and responsive host if you have any issues. The cottage is perfection!!!!

Perfect location, excellent host, great property.

We spent 3 weeks in this charmer. Absolutely loved the location - short walk to the water and beautiful sunsets, as well as short walk to Molly Goodheads, Ozona Pig and Ozona Brewing Company. Short drive to excellent beaches and many good golf courses nearby. We and our two small dogs were very comfortable. The tvs worked as described. Air conditioning kept us comfortable. Can’t say enough about how pleased we were. We were sad to leave!

Great location

We had a wonderful time. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened in front porch. There is a deck on the back with a grill. Our host, Eric was very accessible to answer our questions. Dustin and Allison were also helpful. It is near the bike trail and Eric provided the bicycles. Ozona is a little village on the water with some very nice and popular restaurants. It also has a post office. Location is great, between two of our favorite places- Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Now Ozona is a favorite place too. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very relaxing. Loved the back porch and large windows. Walking distance to benches with water view, restaurant and shops. Great water pressure in the shower, but not a lot of hot water. Awesome find for a last minute business trip at a great price! So much better that a hotel!

Great location!

Walk to the Gulf and beautiful sunsets! Great location close to Dunedin and parks just north. Great for our pet. Two restaurants close by.

Suite Ozona

First time travel w our 10 mo puppy. Eric has a post and leash in the prety private back yard. That made it very convenient to sit on the deck and let her play. The neighborhood had a great vibe, plenty of walkers, dog and dogless. Location to restaurants was great. Mollygoodheads and Ozona Pig were walking distance, but others were a short ride. Beaches, even dog friendly beaches, were easy rides. Bikes were solid and the bike trail so close. Eric was very responsive to any inquiries. We are back next year. That says it all. Jim. Wonderful location with great front porch!

2 houses away from the Gulf of Mexico and around the corner from bars, restaurants and an amazing antique-unique shop. Will return.

Great location in a cute, quiet town

We loved our stay at this house! The house was on a quiet street, walking distance to restaurants and the water to see the sunset. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed! We especially loved having the bikes to ride. Only suggestion would be to put a window covering or window cling on the front door window, as it looks right into the bedroom. Otherwise, we have nothing but good things to say about this property!

Great location!

My husband and I stayed with our small dogs for a few days. The back deck is a great place to relax, and just down the road is a great place to sit and watch the sunset. We really enjoyed the location to Honeymoon State Park.

Great Location

Our rental was a 1 bedroom, 2 unit house in Ozona. It is decorated very nicely in Florida decor. There is a comfortable screened in front porch with rocking chairs and a back deck for dining and looking at the water. The location was wonderful; only a short walk to great restaurants, a brewery and the water for beautiful sunsets. Our host was great to work with and answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect in every way!

A clean coastal cutie in a wonderful neighborhood! This cozy home was steps to the bay, nestled in a fabulous neighborhood, and provided everything my sister and I needed for a comfortable stay and a base for our Honeymoon Island adventure. The treats and food/water bowls for my dog was so considerate. Bikes and beach gear a plus! Will definitely return! Thank you Eric, for providing such a sweet haven in Ozona!
