The place and the location are great! Everything you need is readily available. The area is nice with few restaurants near by. Great sunset viewing spot right around the corner!

The property and apartment was clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood was very nice and some nice restaurants very close by. I would go there again.

Amazing location

Loved the house. All the upgraded appliances were great to have. The walking distance from the water and restaurants were very convenient. Would book again.

Ozona happiness

We love Ozona and since we discovered Eric’s properties several years ago we love it even more. We enjoy the beauty of the area and relaxing nature of the community. By far our favorite vacation spot.

Great place in a very neat neighborhood!

Eric's place is small, but very well renovated and updated apartment, it was perfectly sized for me and two twelve year olds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and everything was very clean. Several nice restaurants were within a short walk. I would highly recommend Erics place!

Great stay!

I chose this property mostly based on photos and reviews and so happy I did! All were spot on! Eric was very quick and kind in responding to my inquiries prior to checking in. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, due in large part to the rental and its location. I would definitely rent again!

Relaxing Spot

Ozona is an amazing, peaceful place. And Eric's property is in a great location - a short 1 minute walk to the water where I enjoyed my coffee most mornings. The property was clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely choose this property again!

Very relaxing location

The property was as distributed. Ozona is a quiet place with excellent dining within walking distance. We had a few minor issues after we checked in that were quickly addressed. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the proximity to the bike/walking trail.

Great spot for a long wkend.

Nice old Florida neighborhood feel. Awesome location didn’t use the car all wkend. Friendly helpful owner. We’ll appointed little apartment. Had a great time.
