The rental is very clean and stocked with everything we needed, just as advertised. Check in/out process was simple. Great place and in a nice neighborhood. We were surprised to get charged a pet fee after arrival, but I see our reservation didn’t show we were bringing our dog, so if you’re bringing your pet be sure to message host ahead of time.

Such a cute and comfortable place to stay! It is like a studio apartment with the sleeping area in the same space as the living area. My husband and I were the original occupants, but our daughter came for part of the time and she was comfortable on the pullout bed. It basically had everything you could need. Even reading glasses and a lemon squeezer, corn holders, kureig coffee maker with complementary coffee pods. An assortment of body wash and shampoo and moisturizer! Plenty of towels. Two televisions!! There were even dog collars, leashes, and poopy bags! Obviously pet friendly. My five year-old granddaughter wanted to see where Grammy and Grampy were staying so we brought her over for a quick visit. She loved the backyard swing!I could go on and on! Our son and his family live in Palm Harbor so we will definitely come back as long as they are there! We did not meet Tony, but he was very responsive to any messages that we sent. Lovely neighborhood. Very quaint. We arrived very late at night due to delays in our flight. It was a little difficult to find in the dark. Our GPS wasn’t exact. Many of the houses on the streets around there don’t have numbers easily seen in the dark. That was the only thing that was a little stressful. Highly recommended!

One of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed. Check-in was a breeze. The cottage is warm, welcoming, eclectic and so cozy! Comfortable furniture and very comfortable king size bed. And what a gracious and thoughtful host Tony is! Definitely quintessential! It was a pleasure to meet our him. You could see his care for his guests' comfort in every part of the cottage and outside areas. Anything you could ever want or need was already in the cottage. The two-seater swing was a very nice surprise and brought back memories of my childhood. The area is quiet, yet close to everything and there's even a great pet area. We plan to visit frequently!

Absolutely loved this property! It was exactly what we needed. Every basic amenity was checked, the place was very clean, and the location was perfect.

Very nice stay, great communication with the host, well maintained and centrally located. Easy to walk to local restaurants and just overall relaxing. We would definitely book in the future.

We had a wonderful stay for four nights celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary. Life had been very hectic for us as my wife has been recovering from Vitrectomy surgery and our travel options were limited. We are so blessed to have found this little Haven. It was quiet, peaceful, and had absolutely everything that we needed and then some! We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard with coffee in the mornings and playing games in the evenings. We loved how the sunlight with shines through the pretty window on the front door and cast rainbow prisms all over the cottage.Tony thought of absolutely everything and was so helpful! Also, the bed is a dream to sleep in! Loved the full-size refrigerator and freezer and highly recommend this place to any other couples looking for a quiet getaway that’s still close to all the action!

Great location, Super, relaxing

I don’t know why but the bad here is incredibly comfortableThe area for the backyard is also pre-spectacularThere’s everything you need here and an incredible large bathroom for a VRBO. The host is amazing. It’s all good. I would definitely come back here again.

Birthday Getaway

My husband and I discussed getting away for my birthday. We decided to get a place near Clearwater beach. I found this place in Palm Harbor. It was a cute studio cottage perfect for the two of us. We brought our two dogs. There was a cute backyard area for us to hangout. It is within walking distance of some great restaurants. The beach is a short drive away. We wanted to bring the dogs so we drove a little further to go to a dog friendly beach. Check in was easy and the host was great! It was a quiet place to unwind and getaway.

Bungalow in The heart of Palm Harbor

This little downtown bungalow exceeded my expectations. Tony was easy to communicate with. It was clean and small. DOG FRIENDLY!! You can walk to a get a bite to eat.Fattys fish shack has amazing grouper sandwich & cold beer. If you forget something its probably there! He had us stocked up on paper towels, shampoo, trashbags. Soap. Doggie bags,lotion, bodywash. It was nice not to have to go to walmart for a second roll of toilet paper! KEY POINTS *CLEAN*DREAM CLOUD MATTRESS *VERY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD *DOG FRIENDLY *BEACH CHAIRS & GAS GRILLThank you Tony! We will be back!!!Lisa the Dog Groomer from Nashville!

Medical trip to Palm Harbor

My son a I traveled from Missouri to Florida for medical appointment and booked this cottage for a week. We contacted Tony when we were close to Palm Harbor and he responded quickly, gave the lock box code for key and address, put in Google and went directly there and checked in with no problems. He had the lights and a/con for us.place was clean and cozy, great neighborhood and conveniently located to our appointment place. We would've stayed longer but it was already booked for the next week.

Exactly as advertised

We throughly enjoyed this little cottage. We have 3 small dogs who enjoyed the fenced in back yard although the rocks were a bit tough for our older dog to walk on. This is an efficiency apartment so it is small but spacious bathroom and big, comfortable bed. Quiet, secluded spot too. Boat responded quickly and gave good directions o use of property

Very quiet, close to beaches, shopping and great restaurants. The cottage has everything you would ever need. Host is very responsive, should you have any questions. Highly recommend this location for your next stay!

Just what I needed!

I was in process of moving to the Tampa area and I needed a place that was close to friends and where I could bring my 2 dogs. The cottage was that! Clean, comfortable, small but mighty, and in a wonderful neighborhood!! You have everything you need in a small and cozy spot. Mr. Anthony was quick to respond to communication. He provided amenities in the cottage that I wasn’t expecting like toothbrushes, and doggie bags!! I appreciate him allowing me to bring in my 2 senior dogs- they enjoyed their stay too!!

Serenity Now

This was our second stay at this cute cottage. I'm sure we will return. This time there was a clock and a gate for the backyard. This is a quiet and safe place for adults and pets. It's close to cafe's (pet friendly) the beach and intertesting shops. We met Tony the owner and had a wonderful talk with him, friendly and helpful. This place has everthing one needs for a vacation near the beach. Sunsets on the causeway were awesome.
