Nothing fancy

Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. There is no internet, and spotty cellular service, if that's important to you, (it wasn't to us). The property is clean and well cared for. Large deck for sitting outside.

Relaxing Getaway

The property has a beautiful view and everything one could need. The property was very clean! Could have had better instructions for check in and check out and where to take the trash. Overall, a good place to getaway.

Nice quiet location

We enjoyed our stay. We fished from the dock and from our kayaks, enjoyed sitting on the deck and relaxing. Kitchen is nicely furnished for making meals. Property is clean. Karen and Blaine were helpful with Drummond Island information.

Harbor View

The drive to the property was rough once we got on Sims Point. Cigarette butts by the stairs. (My husband cleaned them up). Instructions for trash dumpster were vague. Have no idea where cabin 2 is. Missing a tea kettle. Otherwise, I liked the layout of the place. It’s an older manufactured home, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Wish we had more time.

I was scammed out 3 nights that never took place. Please be advised...Owner never gave any arrival instructions and never responded to VRBO app messaging until the second day of at which point I had already abandoned the idea of staying here. I had paid in full and no contact from host to setup arrival instructions...

Great View

The view was great. The place was very clean, fresh crisp sheets. The mobile home is old and has several things that could use attention but, the location was very nice and we had a wonderful time.

I love Drummond Island!

We stayed at Harbor View for a week a loved it! The location was perfect, so quiet and peaceful. It was very comfortable and furnished with everything that we needed. It has lots of room and the deck was amazing, except for all the old creepy spider webs! And we could not figure out we’re cabin #2 to empty our trash. Hmmm never did find it. I would stay again!

Drummond Island Stay

I would give this property a five star rating, however there are a few minor things that prevent me from doing so. First, the check in process was a bit stressful. We were told to pick up the keys at the marina only to find it locked. Made a phone call and the property manager quickly responded. The second issue is that most of the electrical outlets were loose and when you plugged something into them, it fell out. The third issue is the couch, it is very broken down and not comfortable to sit on. Fifth, no specific instructions for checking out. As a suggestion, I would create a welcome book that stayed in the property explaining anything and everything that might relate to your stay. Two posters are posted in the unit which could become part of it. Also included would have check out procedures, local attractions, restaurants, grocery store, etc. This is a beautiful piece of property and I would stay here again.

Great spot

We enjoyed the view from the trailer, the sturdy dock and neighborhood. We had a deer visit us a few times. No WiFi or internet was perfect. We found great trails to hike. So beautiful.
