Magnifique maison spacieuse et bien décorée. Très jolies terrasses. Belle piscine. Emplacement calme et idéal. L’agencement de la maison est parfait. Nous y avons passé une semaine à 6 amies et tout a été extraordinaire. Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir laissés entrer dans la maison dès le matin à l’arrivée de notre avion.

Séjour à es canutells

La maison est très bien située, à quelques escaliers de la magnifique crique d’Es Canutells. Il faut compter 7 min pour y aller. La maison dispose d’une agréable terrasse bien aérée et ombragée en journée. Elle est naturellement ventilée par les brisées extérieures. La piscine est grande et très agréable. Elle dispose d’un petit bassin idéal pour les enfants. Quant à la maison, elle dispose de 4 petites chambres. Il est à noter que n’ayant pas de climatisation, il peut y faire très chaud lorsque les températures extérieures sont élevées. Nous avons eu du mal à la tempérer malgré les ouvertures des fenêtres toute la nuit. Le salon et la salle à manger sont agréables aussi. Pour information, il n’y a pas de pack d’arrivée. Nous aurions apprécié d’avoir une ou deux pastilles à lave vaisselle, une éponge et du liquide vaisselle, du liquide pour se laver les mains. Les poêles pourraient être remplacées car le teflon est parti. Mais ce sont des détails. Merci pour ce bon séjour.

La impresión en general ha sido buena pero hemos encontrado pequeños detalles a mejorar.No pudimos ver la tv ni en castellano ni en catalán, no disponía de wifi.Los ventiladores del techo algo ruidosos, los más modernos ya no hacen ruido.

Encantadora casa con piscina

Casa amplia y cómoda, con una gran piscina y mucha zona exterior en una zona muy tranquila y agradable. Todo según se puede ver en las fotos, muy comoda para disfrutar unos días de la isla. Solo un poco de calor en las habitaciones en estos días tan calurosos que nos han tocado.

Lovely villa

Villa was perfect for our stay . Everything you could need.The pool was quite cool but lovely once you got in. Villa is quite remote, which is great if your looking for peace and quiet.

La casa está bien en cuanto a instalaciones, espacios al aire libre, servicios y zona, ahora la instalación eléctrica deja mucho que desear había unos cables al aire que iban por encima de una habitación y una cama que asustaban un poco. Deberían cambiar el sistémica eléctrico .pdíllasustaba bastabre.

Parfait séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Maison très bien agencée. Nous avons eu un souci d'eau chaude mais les gardiens sur place sont intervenus en 15min pour nous aider, et le problème était résolu. Espace piscine apprécié avec le coin aménagé pour les petits. La tranquillité de la résidence en fait un plus. Quelques difficultés de compréhension sur les ramassage des déchets et recyclage mais qui est indépendant de notre hébergement et de notre hôte. Merci encore pour le séjour.

La ubicación es buena, es una zona tranquila. Se necesita coche para poder moverse bien. La casa estaba bastante limpia y todo bien organizado, hemos tenido todo lo necesario. Tuvimos algunos problemas por el calor, ya que los ventiladores dan poco aire. También por la noche se escuchan ratas en el tejado y en el jardín, nos hemos encontrado caca de rata en la piscina. Pero como no hemos usado mucho la piscina no nos importaba. En general la experiencia fue buena. Toda la casa estaba muy bien equipada.

Schöne und erholsame 2 Wochen

Am Anfang gab es Probleme mit dem Pool (war komplett verschmutzt, sei mindestens einen Monat nicht mehr gereinigt). Nach Anruf bei der Serviceagentur war aber sofort am nächsten Tag ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort und hat alles erledigt. Der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön. Die Schlafzimmer sind zum Teil sehr klein, aber zum schlafen reichts. Da an den Fenstern kein Insektengitter verbaut ist und es ziehmlich viele Mücken gibt, ist das Schlafen bei geschlossenen Fenstern leider sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Ein tolles Haus, vor allem der Außenbereich. Ruhig und alles sauber. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas klein, aber das war für uns ok. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr schöne Badezimmer mit tollem Wasserdruck und man musste nicht lange warten bis warmes Wasser kam. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass der Strand/die Bucht im Ort uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir sind dort nie baden gegangen, sind immer mit dem Auto zu anderen Stränden gefahren.

Great overall

Overall we loved this property. We've stayed in Menorca 5 times now, and we'd consider this the best villa yet. From a family point of view, the rooms were spacious enough that we could set up travel cots for the two infants, whilst still having space for their older siblings. The pool, being gated off, meant we as parents didn't need to worry. The baby pool being partially separated from the adult pool meant the younger ones were safe but still part of the fun. The little supermarket 3 mins down the road had all the necessities for feeding kids at short notice, as we didn't rent a car. And the beach down the road was equally safe (as mentioned in other reviews). From the adult's point of view, we were surprised how good it was. The extra depth in the swimming pool meant we could practice diving with the spare equipment onsite. The little supermarket was equipped enough that we could make a range of meals for ourselves without needing to drive anywhere. The bus and taxi options meant we could get to Mahon quickly if we wanted to. The restaurant by the beach was far better than we'd expected from some of the reviews, with a genuinely good paella (plus other seafood options). We really enjoyed it, would absolutely go back a second time. Whilst hiring a car makes this place even better, it certainly isn't a requirement. I think there were only two negatives that took us by surprise: 1. the mosquitos. because this isn't really a resort village in the way that eg Son Bou, Cala en Bosc, etc are, there's no wide spread spraying for mosquitos, and so there are large numbers of them; they are too small to see often, and silent. whilst we had mosquito repellent plugins in each room, some of us were bitten over 50 times, with v nasty bites that took 2 weeks to fade. 2. tap water. we were only informed by the owner a couple of days in advance not to drink the tap water. this isn't something we've found in other villas, and frankly I'm not sure the owner's right about it - we used the tap water to make ice and no-one had any ill effects. there's 6L bottles of water available from the little supermarket, and it wasn't a massive hassle, we'd just have preferred to know further in advance. otherwise an entirely positive time.

La casa cumple las caracteristicas descritas. Cocina muy bien equipada, baños con secador de pelo y botiquin basico. Piscina en perfecto cuidado. El lavadero genial porque disponia de espacio exterior para tender. Ademas del frigorifico de la cocina hay otro en el lavadero que viene genial para las bebidas. Eramos 4 adultos y 4 niños, con 4 haitaciones, muy bien distribuidos. Ubicada en una zona tranquila por lo que habia tranquilidad para dormir. Para repetir sin dudarlo

Disappointing

We decided to stay at this property based on the description and reviews from previous guests. On arrival the location is very good, in a quiet residential street and the villa looks charming. The living/dining area is bright and comfortable and the kitchen small but adequate for a holiday stay. There are however some things which let the property down. The kettle is obviously very old and difficult to open the lid as the lever is missing and looks like it has been for some time. The bedrooms are small and cave-like, with no air conditioning, so very hot and although the master has a ceiling fan it can't be used as it catches on the mosquito net over the bed and sticks. Both bathrooms are good though. It is clear there are mosquitos in the area as there were many squashed on the walls and just left there!! The pool is a good size but unsuitable for non-swimmers as it gets deep very quickly and the bottom can be quite slippery. Although the property is advertised to the english market it should be noted that there are no english TV channels available, only french and german and there is no internet connection. Overall the property feels in need of refurbishment and updating so we were very disappointed and did not stay for the full week, preferring to pay to move to another villa half way though our stay.
