Beautifully presented property with all the amenities you could need for a stay. The house was lovely with plenty of space and an easy walk (20 mins) or so into the town centre. The aircon made the house a pleasant way to escape the heat when you needed to. The hosts were welcoming and immensely helpful throughout. A wonderful week spent here.

Great house for a family holiday!Outside area is fantastic with the big pool and the hot tub and round the corner in the shade a dining table and bbq.Inside is really well done and finished to a high standard. Kitchen has quality appliances and big double fridge. Shower/bath/toilet situation in the main bedroom is a bit weird needing you to put down all the electric blinds to have a shower which is in the middle of the room. The bedroom upstairs isn’t aircon, also window and stairs don’t make it suitable for kids so we didn’t use it.

Thank you very much for your lovely review. We’re delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay, especially the pool, hot tub and the villa. We understand that the upstairs bedroom may not be ideal for very young children. Although it does not have its own air-conditioning unit, it opens directly onto the air-conditioned living area, so leaving the door open allows the cool air to circulate into the room. There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor, giving families plenty of flexibility, with adults able to use the upstairs bedroom if preferred. We’re very happy that you had a great family holiday and hope to welcome you again in the future!

Plenty to do in Pezenas, don't miss the weekly wine festival and markets (in season), a good choice of restaurants and cafes too. Beautiful Stay

Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. The property is in a great location, sufficiently close so that you can walk into the town but far enough out to get a lovely view and lots of peace and quiet. Walking back on a night feels very safe and is well lit. The pool is heated so its a very nice temperature. There is plenty to do in the area, beaches, quaint villages, wineries, countryside and hills to walk. We had a really nice time, thank you.

katilyne and Stephane’s house was perfect, the layout was spacious, very well equipped, and to an excellent standard. Had a lovely stay - views are incredible!

We had a lovely stay here, the views are incredible! Great having the pool and hottub! You can walk into pezanas and the owners were kind enough to tell us what events take place each day in town which was great! The outdoor area was perfect for our boys (7 and 10 years old) to enjoy! It was also nice to have plenty of shade outside in August too. There is no air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom but our son soon got used to the temperature up there. We would definitely return and recommend this place to friends. Xx

We have 4 bedrooms available, 3 on the groundfloor with a private airconditioning and private bathroom. The 4th and smaller bedroom on the first floor has no private airconditioning but can be cooled down by letting the door opened. It would be really pleasure to meet you again. Beautiful villa with amazing views

The property certainly lived up to expectations. Our hosts were there to meet us on arrival and show us around their beautiful property. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Outside the garden felt open, yet private, with wonderful views. The sizeable pool was great and we spent a lot of time cooling off in the hot weather. The house had good AC too, which was very much appreciated. Katelijne and Stephan were attentive and helped us with advice when needed, and even lent us a beach umbrella when we went to the beach. We hope to return one day.

Excellent house and host

The house was excellent, the pool and outside area and facilities were really good and everything was very clean and in good condition and the location was perfect, right in there of the town with open country side at the back and a short walk out if the front door to the centre of Pezenas. Kateljine and her family were excellent hosts and she and her daughter Camille were on hand when required. Pezenas has a large number restaurants and shops in east walking distance and there are a number of big supermarkets close by with e leclerc 5 mins walk for fresh croissant and bread every morning. Would definitely go back to this house again.

Fantastic holiday

As a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 5) we had a fantastic stay in pezenas . The villa is as described in the listing, in fact it is nicer then the photos suggest. The view from the pool and main bedroom is incredible and the villa is in a very quite location. On arrival the hosts were great showing us around and explaining how the villa worked and left us with cold drinks and wine which was lovely. The villa was spotless on arrival and we stayed for 10 days but could easily have stayed for longer, all having a great and relaxing time. Pool was warm which makes all the difference having stayed in other villas with a cold pools! Hot tub and coushoned seating were ideal when a break from the sun was needed! Would highly recommend this villa and we will be looking to go back again!!

Caters for everything

More than comfortable for our family of 4, beautiful, just great. The kitchen with everything you might imagine to need, a thumble dryer and washmashine brand new, a fridge wiht a source of ice and cold filtered water, two external bbqs and much more. Really comfortable beds for our demanding spines. The swimming pool a bit shallow but of good size and what important, heated. It was useful, especially during two days of cold wind which could cool down water quickly. Owners ready to help in everyhing. Thank you for everything, Katelijne and Stéphane, hope to stay in your villa again.

We recently spent two wonderful weeks at Katilyn and Stephane’s beautiful house in Pézenas, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The home is spacious, peaceful, and tastefully decorated—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a true home away from home. The pool was a highlight for us—we used it nearly every day and it was a fantastic way to unwind. The property is extremely well-equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Things like, the coffee machine was a big hit, towels for the pool and some essentials you need straight away.Pézenas itself is a charming town, full of delightful shops and excellent restaurants. We especially recommend **Grain de Riz**—a real gem! We also explored the surrounding area, including a scenic drive to Colombiers where we enjoyed electric boating, and a trip into the mountains for breathtaking views. The coastline is also within easy reach, making the location ideal for day trips in every direction. The house is very well maintained, and we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. Katilyn, Stephane and their daughters hospitality especially made a big difference—they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It was a truly memorable holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t find the bed very comfortable. As you kindly mentioned, comfort can be quite a personal thing. Had we known during your stay, we would have been very happy to suggest trying one of the other beds in the house, which may have suited you better. It was a pleasure having you stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!
