The Cottage:
♦ Our vast chalet on the shores of Lac St-François offers a magnificent view of the 4 seasons. Located less than 60 minutes from Montreal, this is the perfect place to spend memorable moments with family and friends.
♦ The chalet offers 6 private bedrooms. One bedroom offers a full private “In-Suite” bathroom. The second and third bathrooms are strategically positioned on the ground floor and in the basement. The bedrooms offer different bed sizes with different mattress and pillow closures to suit all tastes.
♦ The kitchen includes all the amenities to allow you to cook at home. All the necessary equipment is provided to prepare delicious meals
♦ Also the basic equipment in the bathroom will be at your disposal (soap, shampoo and towels). Pillows and spare sheets are provided to make you feel perfectly good!
♦ Our large living room with sectional sofa is bordered by a wood fireplace and a built-in Roku television, so you can connect to your Netflix account or other. The adjacent dining room offers a panoramic view of Lac Saint-François, so you can dine while watching the sunset.
♦ The terrace is furnished with chairs and a picnic table to seat several people, as well as a BBQ with propane.
♦ The field offers outdoor games for the summer (badminton, volleyball, soccer), as well as a single kayak and a double kayak. Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15th to May 1st.
In addition, take advantage of the fire area to roast marshmallows!
♦ The access to the water is quite deep, there is a dock on the lake with a ladder to enter and exit the water with ease.
♦ You will have exclusive access to the interior and exterior spaces of the property, with the exception of the garage and a storage cabinet in the basement.
Other Things to Note:
1) We do not recommend drinking tap water. You should therefore purchase water to drink before your stay. There is a second refrigerator in the basement where you can store your water, as well as an 8.9 L water dispenser for which you can bring a jug of water.
2) You must buy your firewood if you want to use the outdoor fire space or the indoor fireplace. In winter: If you want to use the outdoor fireplace It is your responsibility to clear the access.
