Beautiful villa in downtown Santiago, in an exclusive neighborhood—one of the best—with security service included, where you can sleep soundly without any worries. The villa has 6 bedrooms and an extra room that isn’t included; it’s only added for large groups of 26 people. The maximum capacity is 28 people. We charge an extra $20 per person per night for groups of 12 or more, payable upon arrival. We offer a chef’s service, which is not included in the reservation but can be requested. We’re in a residential area where parties aren’t allowed, and music must be kept at a low volume so as not to disturb the neighbors. It’s a very large villa with plenty of spaces for families or groups of friends to enjoy together. Payment is made through the app, and if you bring extra guests, you’ll pay $20 per person per day upon arrival.
