Thank you so much for your feedback Becky - it was lovely to see you on Saturday too. We work incredibly hard to offer a good service to all our much valued guests. I wanted to address the radiators as a point of urgency and offer reassurance in terms of our proactive approach. Since seeing your review late on Saturday evening I alerted our electrician & we both visited the property at 10am on the Sunday morning to investigate. We also alerted the current guests too. We felt that the thermostat needs replacing and a timer switch fitting - however I am going to replace the towel rails instead with new and fit the timer to prevent them being left on. I hope this demonstrates that we listen - having acted as soon as made aware. We care greatly and want to offer the very best service we can. We would be delighted to see you again in the not too distant future. Our portfolio is growing and our focus is upon quality. best wishes James

Dear Rona, thank you for your review - it is so important to receive feedback. There is a multi-million pound home being built nearby. I have however acted upon this and there is an agreement with the developers to 'down tools' during the holiday season. I hope this didn't spoil your stay with us. J

Thank you for your review Sarah, it is important to us that we respond to any problems that do sometimes arise with expediency. The heating issues to which you refer arise from the 'ground source heating system' with linked underfloor heating. This is a highly sophisticated system that senses the outside temperature variation and adjusts itself accordingly. On this occasion it didn't trigger the underfloor heating - however as you mention, we tried to help by purchasing radiators. The mould was a consequence of ventilation unfortunately & not present on arrival as we have very high standards for cleaning. As soon as we were notified the house keeping team came straight round. Directions wise, full & correct "joining Instructions' were sent to your work email address prior to your stay - along with a note to mention the building works - for some reason you did not receive these . We care about our guests and apologise for any problems you experienced. James

Hi. I am really pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and had a good holiday. Thank you for pointing out the bits that needed looking at. As you say, I had a team ready to come in and fix any issues you had and we do accept that we miss odd things; we would love to be perfect but in busy times odd things can be missed. You declined to have us in to sort out any of the issues to which you refer so not a lot I could do about that!
