On Trois Ilets village, above the Pointe du Bout, the villa offers you a green very quiet environment.
Enjoying a lovely view of Caribbean Sea, it is 900 m from Anse Mitan Beach and about 1 km from the lively Pointe du Bout village.
The villa
This three-level villa of 300m² (+ 50m² terrace) has 11 rooms.
The main level includes:
-1 Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and attached bathroom
-1 Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and attached shower room
-1 Very large living room of 50m² opened onto the terrace. It includes a sitting area with sofas, a flat screen TV and a beautiful well equipped open kitchen
The upper level includes:
-1 Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and a small sea view
-1 Air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be brought together as for the picture) and a small sea view
-2 Air-conditioned bedrooms with trundle beds for 1 or 2 children
-A bathroom with shower
The lower level includes 2 small apartments:
The first apartment includes:
-1 Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed
-1 Living room with sofa bed and small kitchen
-A shower room
-A small terrace with a light sea view
