House was well situated for some amazing beaches. Plage de la Roche Percee was particularly beautiful and accessible on foot in about 8 minutes. The house was satisfactory. It is the top two floors of a 3 storey house and the owner lives in the basement level. We only saw him a handful of times. The house was clean and comfortable but rather dated in places. The kitchen was equipped with most things but we might have expected more modern appliances in the kitchen such as an electric kettle, coffee machine and tea-towels. The bathrooms were modern and well finished and the beds were comfortable although the rooms would benefit from fans or air con. The outside space was pleasant with a BBQ. It was in a lovely quiet area about 5 mins drive from the centre of Clohars-Carnoët.
