Just a quick stay for some early spring golf.

Very clean property. It's small but for two people who weren't in the room very often it was great. Shower was hot with great water pressure. Bed was comfortable and balcony chairs were surprisingly comfortable.

Amazing Views

The balcony was amazing with a straight on view of the beach. You did not see other people’s balcony. The room was as expected for a beach condo. It was clean and roomy with a small kitchen. I saw lots of people with their dogs, wished I would have brought mine.The only drawback of this location was the parking garage has tight turns to get up and down between floors that were difficult to maneuver.I would highly recommend staying in this location.

Peaceful Retreat

We have stayed at the Patricia Grand several times in different units. This unit was by far the best in regard to the private view, pricing and atmosphere. The property manager was communicative, pleasant, and available. The bathroom could use more counter space and better ventilation but that seems common to units on this property. This was the first unit in which we had a bedroom separate from living space which we enjoyed. The view from both the living area and bedroom was tremendous and we did not see any other balconies unless leaning over the rail and really looking around to the right (SW). This was especially helpful since our dog is so sensitive to movement and wants to interact with everyone. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing! The ac/heating units were well placed so as not to interfere with view or movement. My only wish would have been for them to somehow blow away from the bed and seating areas. The unit was clean, well kept and comfortable, including the balcony chairs. While not the fault of the owner, it was disappointing that the Lazy River was not operational and one of the main entry doors to the lobby was broken and heavy to operate, and it was the one closest to the adjacent dog park.

Great!

Not much room to cook nor cookware to cook with but we will be equipped next year. We loved it so much that we plan to book again. It was me, my wife and my brother in-law. My brother In-law and I are both chefs and love to cook.

Spectacular view, great location

View from the 16th floor was amazing, condo was clean. Great wifi reception. TVs in the bedroom and living room are outdated, new 4K 55" TVs are $300. Bed was uncomfortable in spots. Overall great condo for the price and location

Overall a good experience, but with room for improvement

The Patricia Grand resort is showing some signs of age but is still reasonably well-maintained. The front entrance was blocked for refurbishment, though the work that was complete looked nice and elegant. Public spaces like the lobby and pool appeared recently updated and clean, with comfortable and sturdy new pool loungers. A small park with beach access next to the building was a great spot for dog potty breaks - a rare find in this area. In our unit, the best feature was the large ocean-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The unit itself was clean and nicely decorated, though a musty odor in the bedroom, possibly from the A/C, was somewhat unpleasant (scented candle to the rescue). The kitchenette was small but functional, and the bathroom was clean with a new-looking tub/shower combo—though the shower floor was VERY slippery. One slight inconvenience was the use of a portable A/C unit in the living room. Vented through cardboard covering the hole in the wall where the original A/C had been, the unit took up quite a bit of space, was a tad noisy, and was not very aesthetically pleasing. Nevertheless, it did keep the living area cool, and I assume it is just a temporary fix. The most disappointing aspect of the stay, however, was the mattress! It was thin, terribly unsupportive, and noisy. We definitely didn’t sleep as well as we would have liked.

Great Oceanfront View!

Barring Tropical Storm “Debby-Downer” the vacation was great! The room was perfect for those that love an oceanfront room. Every window had an awesome view of the ocean! It was convenient to restaurants and other venues. We didn’t bring a dog but I loved seeing all the pups around the condo/hotel and on the beach. I would 100% absolutely recommend this place. The property mgr was quick in responding to any Emails I sent as well

Nice stay

Our stay was just as we had planned for. The condo was nice and clean. The property manager responded very quickly. Making sure we were pleased and didn’t need anything.

Overall had a wonderful time. Love the ocean view, listening to the waves is priceless. I’d consider replacing the box spring in the bedroom. Too many dogs for me. Breath Taking Views

This Property Was Perfect! Pictures Don't do it Justice! Lovely 1 bedroom Condo on 16th floor. HUGE Balcony with entrances from living room and king size bedroom. DIRECT Ocean Views, Steps from the Ocean. Happily Surprised that 2 Parking Spots In a garage were provided with booking. Perfect floor plan that utilizes squeeze footage 👌 very well. A restaurant, Starbucks, and Gym on the 2nd Floor were All Appreciated and Used! 😉 The Restaurant had great food and was open breakfast thru Dinner all weekend. Their food options were good and prices were EXTREMELY Reasonable, With Beautiful Panoramic Views. Will definitely Be Back, Perfect Beach Vacation Spot.

Perfect Getaway

Had everything we needed. Awesome view of ocean. Within one block to New York Prime Steakhouse. Check-in/check-out was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect view

The balcony alone is reason enough to stay here. We spent so much time out there! The listing actually describes this property. The pictures make it a appear larger than it is, but there was plenty of room. The a/c in the livingroom area was not working well, but the one in the bedroom was great and it did not hinder our stay. The bed was fairly hard. Everything was clean and all the communication from the owner was clear and helpful. Lovely place to stay.

Great Stay!

Loved the condo! Very comfortable! Perfect location. Loved that the condo was dog friendly-perfect for us. My only (minor) constructive criticism would be the chairs on the balcony. You have a million dollar view, but the chairs are so low you can only see the railing. Taller chairs would be amazing. All that being said, we will return soon-your condo made our vacation perfect!

AWESOME STAY!!!!

It was a amazing stay, room came fully equipped with everything you need! Pots, pans, silverware, even had rags and towels, as soon as you opened the door to the room it smelt amazing and fresh and clean. Short walking distance to a lot of things. A lot of swimming areas, highly recommended! We will definitely be back.
