Serena is a great host

They place was cozy for a family of 4 adults. The checkin process was easy and Serena was wonderful for arranging all of our transportation and I was a guest that had lots of questions.

Jeg synes ikke stedet levde opp til mine forventninger. Det var for høy pris i forhold til standard,jeg valgte derfor et annet sted,som jeg ble svært fornøyd med!Verten var lite serviceinnstilt,og tidvis vanskelig å få kontakt med.Et sted jeg ikke vil rekommandere til andre!

Basic accommodation with some drawbacks

Pros: You get a place within a walking distance to the Vatican. Grocery store is across the street. Plenty of towels is provided. Cons: The washer is broken, it makes all the expected noises but the drum does not move, probably a belt issue. If you try to wash your clothes, you end up with wet dirty soapy mess. The curtains in the bedroom are dirty. The A/C in the living room is dying. The refridgerator and freezer doors open against the wall so you cannot easily get in them, anybody thought about reversing the hinges? This place needs some basic maintenance.

Logement très simple, qui satisfera les Routards, un peu moins les autres

Logement fonctionnel et bon marché mais un peu "dans son jus", sdb et cuisine à rafraîchir, l'appartement comporte 1 chambre et 1 grande pièce à vivre (équipée d'un canapé lit + 2 lit simples) qui permet de loger 5/6 personnes mais il n'y a pas de porte. Il faut donc prévoir de s'endormir tous à la même heure ;o)) Pas idéal avec de jeunes enfants, cela mériterait d'être précisé sur l'annonce (il ne me semble pas que ce soit précisé). Très bien situé par rapport à la Place St Pierre (5 min à pied) et il y a un carrefour Market à 100 m dans la même rue.

Bon rapport qualité prix

L'appartement et bien situé il est confortable et mignon. Seul bémol des problèmes de chaudière pour l'eau de la douche et l'hygiène de la literie qui laisse à désirer dans la chambre. Néanmoins cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix.

Clean and great walking distance to the Vatican ... apt could use some updates

Our family stayed at 4 different European cities, each at a VRBO. This ranked 3rd out of the 4 we stayed at. What we liked: The owner was very amiable to our needs Close proximity to the Vatican, metro stop (though we never used the metro), bus stops, restaurants, and grocery store Clean Apartment Nice towels and bedding Air Conditioning Communication was prompt (WhatsApp) WiFi ... once the issue was resolved of the broken cable Owner got us cheaper taxi for our return to the airport then what we found going to the apartment What we didn't like: The clothes and dish washer didn't function very well (could be our in-ability to read the operations) Some simple kitchen appliances would have been nice (toaster, coffee maker, spatula) Owner had other people meet and provide keys who knew very little english. Shower head was painful and loud and needs to be replaced lack of bedroom door Physical address to have the taxi driver drop off ... only the street was provided until moments before. not a biggy, but the curtains could be updated (to let less light in)

Die Wohnungentsrach der Beschreibung und ist sehr gut gelegen 500 meter vom Petersplatz,Supermarkt direkt gegenüber und einige Restaurants und Cafes in der näheren Umgebung. empfelenswert.

Vicino al Vaticano, ben servita dai mezzi, negozi, mini-market, ampie possibilità di parcheggio. Adeguata per brevi soggiorni è fornita di tutto ma alcuni alcuni accessori della cucina andrebbero "rivisti"...(non posso redimermi dal fare i complimenti al fotografo che si è occupato di presentare la casa sul sito...)

The apartment was nice and in a good location.

we liked the apartment. It was very close to the Vatican. Lots of walking to get anywhere else but it is doable. Buses come close to the apartment and there is a grocery store nearby. We had lined up a taxi through Serena to pick us up at the train station. We waited 1 1/2 hrs and it never showed up so we found another taxi to take us there. It is difficult when you don't have a phone to call anyone for help.
