Nice location. Place was well stocked with supllies.

The place is in a nice location, close to beach and bay. Pool area was quite and peaceful. place was well stock with provisions etc. Would stay again.

Excellent location, beautiful house

This property and pool were beautiful and clean. It was 1 min from the beach and down the road from Bridge St pier, which made it great for teens. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and beach tent. The only change I would recommend would be to have a garbage disposal installed.

Family Beach Vacay

This was a very nice house and just 2 houses behind from across road to beach. They provided lots of beach items we needed which helped a lot. Kitchen stocked with all we needed also. Very clean we enjoyed our stay !!

Perfect location!

This part of the island was amazing! Quiet. Clean. Quick, easy beach access. A nice walk to Bridge St area and close to trolley stops for exploring the Northern part of the island/shopping.

Great Villa!

Loved everything about the villa! It had everything we needed and more. Clean and decorated lovely. Location to the beach can't be beat. Communication with the owner was prompt. If you are considering this villa, stop and just rent it, no need to keep looking around because you will not be disappointed.

Three Week Getaway

This house is the perfect location to the beach for enjoying the gulf and sunsets! Also easy walking distance to Bridge Street for shopping, restaurants and gelato. We enjoyed walking the beach path every morning down to Longport Bridge. Easy drive to Sarasota or St Armand’s Circle. The house is well equipped with beach chairs, toys, canopy and cart which was much appreciated.

We were a party of six adults staying at this property at the end of September 2016. The property was as advertised, the house was in excellent condition. It was clean and fully ready to for us. We found it comfortable and specially like the pool. I would highly recommend this place is you are visiting this area of Florida.

The house is beautiful! The location is great! Kitchen is lacking-very old Teflon. Make sure you bring everything you need because there’s nothing to get you started in kitchen-not even salt and pepper. Pool is nice.

Incredible house and location

The pool, location and house were amazing. The (street) construction was kinda tough for us and the workers. The house was amazing but, the floors left our feet black (swept or vacuumed but not mopped) other than those 2 (construction out of everyone’s control) an amazing time was had by all. Ami did a fantastic job.

Bright, roomy home with view of Sarasota Bay and Gulf of Mexico

Perfect location on south end of AMI, fully stocked 4 bedroom condo exceeded our expectations for an easy, breezy week of perfect Florida weather. Pool was sparkling clean in a private backyard with solar lighting. Owner provided fast solutions to two small problems, always with a great sense of humor! Worth every penny!

Great vacation stay.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay on Anna Maria Island in this townhouse. It is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. There are beach, Farmers Market, small shops, restaurants, even parasailing, within walking distance. The grocery store is a short drive away, or the free trolley available nearby. Debbie was helpful and always answered my emails quickly and efficiently. ..... great respite from Minnesota winter! .

Great Beach House!!

I have rented multiple properties through VRBO and this is by far the very best one yet. The owners were incredibly responsive throughout the process from booking to payment to answering any and all questions we had while in the house. The house itself is amazingly well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation at any time during the year. They really did think of everything for beach goings including nice fluffy beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a handy cart to carry it all. There house had plenty of room and sufficient privacy for my family of 4 adult couples. We had such a great time we are already booked for next year!

First VRBO experience and don't think it could get any better!

For our first VRBO rental experience it was amazing! The house was very clean and had everything you could want for a week stay. All you need to bring is food, beverage and a swim suit. The pool and patio area were fabulous for a relaxing afternoon. The location was central to everywhere we went. Close to the beach - walking distance and close to a nice park area. The house provides everything you need for a day at the beach or a raining day at the house - beach wagon and cart, sand toys, towels, games, puzzles, and coloring. Great for the kids! Looking forward to going back!!

Beautiful home Great location

My family and I have stayed here twice now and each time have been so happy with this house. It is beautifully decorated, always very clean and it is very close to Bridge street where you can find lots of shops and restaurants! The beach is right across the street from the house, and is literally just steps away! The owners have been a pleasure to work with each time and always check in to see how everything is and if we need anything. The house is conveniently stocked with everything you need, as well as toiletries, laundry supplies and dish washing supplies are provided, which is often not something you are normally supplied with. We look forward to future stays here!!

A villa in paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at the Starfish East villa. The house is very well maintained with all amenities and in a wonderful location. The owners have thought of absolutely everything in terms of making our vacation care free. Communication was excellent and we had everything from board games to beach gear! Anna Maria is an amazing vacation spot with gorgeous white sand beaches, lots of wonderful places to eat, and nearby activities. The house is a walking distance to a pier with lots of restaurants, live entertainment, bike rentals, etc. We even saw dolphins on two separate days right off the beach near the house. We really hope to have an opportunity to come back and highly recommend you stay here!

Great Vacation!

Great vacation to Anna Maria Island celebrating my twin son's graduation from high school. Our family of 8 very much enjoyed this house, it is on the south end of the island right across the street from the beach and in easy walking distance to Bridge Street where there are several restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and souvenir stores. This was our first trip to the gulf side of Floraida and the beaches did not disappoint, I see now what the hype is about! The House is well-appointed with all the beach necessities. Pool is small but very nice with a beautiful palm tree lined back yard with a shaded outside lounge area. Our family took advantage of the convent elevator as we had with us a handicapped family member. The propane grill was a plus for us.
