Amazing location & property is nice

We stayed at this location for 10 weeks. It’s in a great area and loved that it had a security gate to enter. I felt safe and the place was cozy and very cleaned. I definitely will be book again. I couldn’t be more pleased with this property, it’s awesome!

Great safe place to stay in Las Vegas

The property was clean & very comfortable. It was so nice to be so close to the pool! Ron was so helpful in anything we needed. If I had to make a suggestion....a coat rack by the front door would be very helpful to hang hats, sweatshirts, etc. Also a couple of casserole dishes would be helpful for those that like to cook, like me! All in all a wonderful condo indeed! I would rent this again in the future!

Badura Not So Good

In general the Condo was nice, close to the pool and club house but, it also came with some issues. Door lock did not work upon arrival and was never repaired during two month stay. Curtains and rods fell off walls. Furniture, couch and beds worn, refrigerator was leaking upon arrival and had to be replaced twice during our stay, smoke detector battery had to be replaced, etc.. The clubhouse was closed during our entire two month stay, the pool was not open until the last two weeks of our stay, and there were no instruction on how to get access to the fitness room. Overall, maintenance was below par in this Condo. Ron was very courteous and responsive to the immediate issues however, it appears the cleaning and maintenance needs improvement. FPC

5 Star accommodations.

Had a great stay for the winter of 2017/2018. The apt. was very clean and had everything for a comfortable time. Ron is an excellent host.

A quiet and comfortable place to stay

The condo was very clean, plenty roomy enough for me and my husband. It has 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in each one. The beds were really very comfortable, which was a nice bonus for a lot of rentals. The bathrooms were a good size with a soaking tub in one of them, and there were plenty of towels. The pool and clubhouse were located very close to the condo. The only thing that could have been better were a few more pots and pans. The owner Ron, was very nice and easy to work with.

A Perfect Choice For Short-term or Extended Stay!

There is nothing lacking in this wonderfully-located apartment. It is clean, quiet and comfy, barely two minutes from an upscale neighborhood with every urban convenience. Snuggled away nicely from annoying noise and activity, yet an easy 15-minute ride to the Strip! Best of all is the courteous, friendly and useful assistance of Ron Orantes! You won't regret this choice!

best place to stay in Vegas

We are in the condo now for the third time and coming back in September. It is really the best place to stay in Vegas. The interior is so beautiful and everything is set up very nice.The beds are very comfortable so we even feel better here than home. Furthermore the kitchen and the bathrooms are perfect.The pool and the jacuzzi are superclean and it is a perfect place to relax. In our opinion, the condo has a great location because it is close to the strip or the Red Rock Canyon. Everything in the condo is really clean and you have everything you need just like home. We highly recommend this condo for vacation or even a short trip tob Vegas.

Vegas, Baby!

This was a very spacioius and comfortable unit. There are king beds in both bedrooms as well as a large ensuite bath in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen and baths are upgraded with granite and the furnishings are very attractive. The complex is secure and convenient to shopping, restaurants and the strip. The owners are very friendly and pleasant to do business with. We would definitely rent this unit again.
