Spring Break Stay in La Estancia

This was our second stay in one of Brad and Joey’s units in La Estancia. Our whole family: Grandmother, Mom, Dad and 2 teens had a wonderful time! The villa suite was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped! Can’t wait to return next year!

The condo was great & views were beautiful. We misunderstood the listing & thought both bedrooms were in one unit, but it worked out fine for us to have them separate.Love Villa La Estancia & will be back again for sure!

Villa La Estancia

We had a fantastic stay at Brad & Joey's condo at Villa La Estancia. The condo was beautiful and well equipped with welcome beers and a perfect view of the Nuevo Vallarta sunset. Everything was as advertised and we will definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations at a great resort!

This was our 2nd visit to Villa Estancia and again it was a great vacation! The condo has ample space and lovely features. Brad & Joey are gracious hosts and made our stay super easy with lots of recommendations and ideas for the area. I would highly recommend staying here. The Spring weather is always consistent and makes for lots of R & R on the beach and in the ocean.

Best Ever

From check in to check out our time at Villa 1302 A & B was a fantastic experience. We have stayed at La Estancia many times and it has always been good. but Brad & Joey made it unsurpassable. I only hope that we can stay there many times in the years to come.

Great Property - Great Condo

Property is well kept, nice location, great having access to Flamingos next door. Condo itself is in a great location with spectacular beach and pool views. Brad and Joey were great - we had a couple questions during our trip and they were super responsive and helpful. Recommend.

Family reunion

We stayed in Brad & Joey’s 2 bedroom Villa. It was perfect. Clean, everything worked, plenty of supplies for pool, beach and cooking. The view was grand! Food delicious at both restaurants. It’s everything we were promised and more.

Wonderful family trip

AThis place was just awesome. Such a beautiful location on the beach. Our son who is 5 loved it. I highly recommend it. We stayed primarily on the Villa del Estancia side, it was much calmer & relaxed for families. We would absolutely come back & take the in-laws since there was so much room. Thank you again.

This was a beautiful location and villa. The rooms were really well done with decorations. And we were surprised at just how big the entire suite was. We knew it would be nice and luxurious, but wow it was spacious. The deck was huge and I spent most late evenings out there just people/resort watching and listening to the waves. Our 5 year old was cray about the pool and having such a large room for her and our 13 year old. We spent just three nights; but know that our next trip we'll want to have a few more at Brad and Joey's.

Incredible as expected

Second time booking with Brad & Joey at VLE with the same great communication when booking and expectations of our stay. Last stay was pre-COVID so weren't sure what to expect this stay but it was as fabulous as ever! Brough friends with us who absolutely LOVED it as well and said they would definately be booking again! Thankyou again, Brad & Joey for your wonderful hospitatility in your villa! We will be back!

First time in Puerto Vallarta

Our villa at Villa La Estancia was perfect - clean, roomy and has a great view of the pool and beach. The staff at the resort were always helpful and friendly. The bartenders at the swimup bar made great drinks all week. We ordered lunch and snacks from the poolside waiters. Definitely order the guacamole and chips! We had dinner at the Estancia and Flamingo restaurants and every meal was delicious. We used the cheat sheet from Brad and Joey to make the most of our stay - massages on the beach, trying nearby restaurants, swimming with Dolphins and sailing on the bay. We definitely recommend Puerto Vallarta and would highly recommend a rental from Brad and Joey!

My beach home away from home!

I've been to Brad & Joey's villa about 10 times now, the shortest stay being a week and the longest stay being 7 weeks. I've been here with friends, and I've been here with family. I've been here with all adults, and I've been here with a newborn baby and toddler. It is always perfection. I live in Seattle, but I'm a beach girl at heart. Normally I just stay close by - the pool, beach, Bucerias, perhaps a night out in Puerto Vallarta - but on this trip I rented a car for a few weeks and explored the area. There is so much to do locally! Highlights were Yelapa, San Pancho and San Sebastian, but it's always great to come back to a place that feels so much like home. Brad and Joey, you know that I'll be back again soon!

Fantastic as always

We had a fantastic stay at this resort rental at Villa La Estancia. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there; we loved that the cupboard was stocked with the little things you might need - salt, spices, coffee, sunscreen, totes, etc. We also barbecued a couple of nights using the BBQ on the balcony.The rental owners were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. We requested a late checkout, and they got back to us the same day - which we really appreciated. It made our travel day way less stressful.The property was well maintained, and the facilities were spotless. The staff was friendly and polite, always greeting us with a smile. We also liked the mini key fobs instead of traditional key cards you need to carry in a wallet or purse.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again - this was our second stay. Highly recommend!

My beachfront home away from home

I've been to Brad & Joey's villa about 10 times in the last 10 years, for stays as short as 1 week to stays as long as 2 months. I love it every time. It was perfect and quiet before I had kids, and it's still perfect now with a 5 year old and 1 year old. The shallow part of the pool is a godsend with littles. Having 4 hot tubs, two for adults only and two for families, is great. Here is an example of my perfect day at VLE. My babysitter arrives at 8:30am. I go down for a $20 beachfront massage (100 steps away from resort) from 8:30-9:30am. Kids meet me on the beach at 9:30am for ocean swim, boogy boarding and sand castles. Up to room for baby naps and lunch, and back to pool for afternoon. The pool is quiet and relaxing, fun with a pool bar, but never overcrowded Of course you can venture off the resort easily to explore Bucerias (walking distance), Puerto Vallarta (20 min taxi), Sayulita, San Pancho, San Sebastian, Punta Mita, and more. Some trips I explore more, and other trips I stick around the resort more. Short story long :), it's my beachfront home away from home! I'm already planning my next trip.

Awesome views and beautiful property

VILLA LA ESTANCIA was amazing! This unit is so close to the beach. We liked to sleep to sound of the ocean. Unit had everything you would need to cook there or not. We did all inclusive for 3 days and enjoyed all restaurants at La Estancia and Flamingos next door. Marco at the pool took care of us! Beach was clean and had some vendors walking by but they didn’t bother if you were not interested. No push to do a time share presentation either. We enjoyed the town of Bucerías nearby and is an easy walk. Mr Cream was excellent for breakfast! We also did a snorkeling trip and Rythms of the Night. The evening show is a must see! Fantastic performance. Brad and Joey are wonderful owners and very very attentive. Reached out several times to check in on us and help with coffee machine advise. Ha We definitely want to return to PV and this property. End of April is a slower time to visit if you don’t like crowds. Property is well worth value! The staff had our bill exact and we had no complaints. My birthday trip was one to be remembered. I even got serenaded at my birthday dinner at steak restaurant! Highly recommend Thx Brad and Joey

Perfect getaway!

When searching for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta we stumbled upon La Estancia VRBO options, & glad we chose to book unit 1302. It did not disappoint! Brad and Joey the owners of the villa we chose, contacted us to let us know their unit was actually not available but they had one directly below that was ground floor, would we be interested. We have never stayed on ground level but to our surprise it was perfect for our needs. We simply wanted to relax on the beach or pool side and enjoy reading and conversation with friends. The location of unit 1102 allowed us to have our own beverages and snacks a few yards away from our perch. We stopped on the way from the airport (which by the way is super easy to navigate and SO close to our destination, only a 20 min. cab ride with the stop to pick up beer, water & snacks). Brad and Joey the owners of unit 1302 were so kind sharing their scoop on the area. They emailed us a fact/tip sheet that was so thorough with suggested activities, restaurants, bars, "how-to's" that we were never wasting time figuring out where, when or how during our stay. The villa itself was large with high end furnishings, & 3 full baths. We only used the 2 bedrooms & baths but if you had 6 or 8 staying in the villa, the extra bath in the main room (which typically is only a 1/2 bath in most resorts) would be handy. This property is attached to Flamingos which is an all inclusive resort, so we had access to those amenities as well but found we had everything we needed right at La Estancia. We were only at La Estancia from Friday morning until Monday morning so we chose not to make any meals in our villa. Thus we needed to find coffee and small bites for breakfast and lunch on site. We visited the cafe/market on Flamingos property each morning and ordered food beachside for lunch each day. Both were affordable and had many delicious options available. The guacamole is a must...you are in Mexico after all :) The town of Bucerias had a 10 day Fiesta going on while we were there so that was a fun thing to wander around after the dinners we ate in town. Throughout our trip we felt safe and comfortable. This truly was an amazing short getaway!!! If you are searching for a reboot to your daily routine, hang here for a long weekend and you won't regret it. Thanks Joey and Brad for sharing your villa & your "cheat sheet", we would love to be back soon!
