It is a newly built villa which breathes luxury, hi-tech appliances, modern furniture, spacious interior and exterior, surrounding nature and it is perfect for your family vacation.
The villa features 2 fully equipped kitchens which contain all modern day appliances such as the microwave oven, dishwasher, side-by-side fidge end freezer, coffee machine etc., basically everything your culinary mind desires.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are built on open concept basis which makes for an ideal way to enjoy your family time and gathering of friends.
All rooms in the house are magnificently bathed in natural sunlight and are air conditioned and contain flat screen tv for yours and your children`s entertainment.
The villa features free wi-fi and satelite programs.
What you will find very pleasing is the terrace which has a big table and 10 chairs overlooking the lawn, heated pool and the forest. It will be perfect for relaxing with a nice glass of wine surrounded with the sound of crickets and a summer breeze.
You will also enjoy the vast lawn which is surrounded by beautiful olive trees which are a trademark of Istra.
Just imagine a beautiful sunny day, preparing a barbecue and drinking cocktails by the pool while your children play football and have fun. Sounds great, doesn`t it?
