Straddling France and Switzerland, the Jura sur Léman area is a destination of choice with 33 km of slopes for all levels, crossing forests and valleys. Made up of the Dôle-Tuffes and La Serra massifs, it is suitable for both beginners and more experienced skiers.

Conditions in case of heavy snowfall
In case of heavy snowfall, access to the private car park may be limited. In this case, you can park in the public car parks of the subdivision, located approximately 300 meters from the chalet.

Independent adjoining studio
The former garage has been converted into an independent studio with a separate entrance and its own sanitary facilities. No space is shared between the chalet and the studio, thus offering perfect independence.

Occupancy of the studio:
The studio is occupied by a single person, a maximum of 2 nights per week. She generally arrives in the evening at 7 p.m. and leaves in the morning at 7 a.m., never coming during the day.
