Alex and his friends have respected all the rules of the house, 5 stars. Thank you for the wonderful review and I hope to welcome you next year. Gianfranco

Sackit and his partner hadn't paid, so the Vrbo platform authorized me to lock them out of the house. I even had to notify the police because they weren't answering their phones; I only reopened the property after the police intervened and payment was made. The apartment is fully equipped with every comfort—as the reviews attest—but if you can't afford a holiday in Sardinia (to the point where you can't even buy paper towels), then you should just stay home. Unfortunately, they left the place dirty and in disarray, failed to separate the trash, and didn't pay for extra electricity usage or the Wi-Fi service; they never answered the phone when payment was due. Steer clear of these people—they are certainly not welcome guests.

Thanks for the great review and I look forward to seeing you again at my house soon. You are a wonderful family that I recommend to all hosts.

Katja and her beautiful family were exceptional guests. Extremely kind, they respected the house rules and left the apartment clean. Five stars

Thanks for the great review, but I have to make some clarifications: 1- the review must refer to the house where you stayed and not the houses that are near us. If the color of the neighboring house is strange, and the neighbor's house is not well maintained it is not my problem as everything is perfect at home. If the neighbor is having a party, you can't prevent it. 2- the driveway is 3,00 meters wide, enough to enter with a truck. 3- The garbage cans are enough but it is important to do the differentiated well (something that has not happened) and bring the bins out to be emptied. 4- The house is equipped with all appliances including a vacuum cleaner. 5- The beaches of Bados, Mare Rocce and Pellicano are 300/400 meters from the house, just check with Googlemaps. 5- Before writing wrong things and inaccuracies, you should be precise at home and leave things in order.

Tino and his family were excellent guests but the air conditioning is included in the price. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no second floor in the house. It must be accurate when writing reviews. Best regards Gianfranco

Thank you very much for the excellent review and I promise you that next year you will find the coffee machine Arrivederci Gianfranco
