歴史、芸術、文化、美食の間のマルケの丘で休日を過ごすのに理想的な場所。

私のgreat祖父母が所有していた製油所のある古い家の一部であるこの家は、私たちの主要な家を得るために倉庫を改装した結果です。 今年は、太陽光発電パネル、太陽熱および凝縮ボイラーなどのエネルギー節約のためにシステムを適合させました。 冬に家族と一緒に使う家です。
家には、洗濯機から食器洗い機、ヘアドライヤーからオーブンまで、すべて揃っています。 暖炉と明るいメザニンがあります。 バスルームにはシャワー室とバスタブの両方があります。 寝室は静かで涼しく、大きなダブルベッドがあります。 入り口のテラスに加えて、東に面した別のテラスがあります。
1階には自転車シェルターのサービスルームがあります。
庭には果樹があります（アプリコット、プラム、イチジク）果物が熟したときに発生した場合、自由にそれらを選ぶことができます

A quiet, spacious location - with a view of the sea

We chose the village because of its close proximity to the seaside towns (Pesaro, Fano...) and historical places (Urbino, Gradara...). There is a pizzeria in the village (nice pizza, nice price), and it is only a few minutes drive to a small supermarket. The house is quiet, clean and well-equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine and wifi. The photos give a correct impression. There is a table and chairs on a small balcony to sit outside (from where you can see the sea), and parking space in front of the house. Lucia and Maurizio gave us a warm and friendly welcome, and quickly helped with any problems. There were no figs left, but during the season, guests can help themselves to fruit on the trees in the garden. On leaving, we were given a bottle of their own olive oil - a nice gesture. All-in-all, we can highly recommend this holiday home for people who wish to have a spacious location in close proximity to the sights of the Adriatic coast and the Marche. Grazie a Lucia e Maurizio

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren 7 Tage bei Lucia zu Gast und waren vollends mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, wir hatten Möglichkeit zu kochen, zu backen, unsere Sachen zu waschen und dank der Klimaanlage war es uns bei über 30°C Außentemperatur nie zu heiß zum Schlafen. Die Kommunikation vor Ort und der reibungslose Check-in und Check-Out waren für uns wunderbar. Vielen vielen Dank für alles.

Comfortable base from which to explore the beautiful Marche region.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Villagrande, Mombaroccio very much. It is very comfortable and well-equipped and spacious for a couple. It is well-positioned to go to the coast around Pesaro and Fano and swim, or explore villages inland and visit the very impressive walled medieval city of Urbino. The owners were great hosts and left fruit for us from the garden. Lucia and Maurizio (and their daughter and her husband) were very kind and provided us with lots of information about the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Très bonne location.

Location atypique, très bien disposée et très propre. Elle est très bien équipée que ce soit en mobilier ou en ustensiles de cuisine. Les hôtes sont très gentils et discrets. Les environs sont charmants. A conseiller.

This delightful apartment is in a stunning and unspoilt area of Italy

The property is very well equipped with everything that you would need for a wonderful stay. It was clean, tidy and attractively decorated. There was ample space for parking and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony.The hosts are living in the apartment below and were so helpful, suggesting places to visit beaches to use, local amenities and restaurants. The fruit from their garden was an added bonus . It was a deluxe home from home.

Prima geoutilleerd appartement in prachtige omgeving

Het appartement beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. Enig minpuntje is misschien dat he vanaf de beide terrassen niet echt een mooi en wijds uitzicht hebt op de omgeving. Die is namelijk prachtig. Naar zee is het ongeveer een half uur, Urbino is prachtig en Pesaro een fijne stad.

Lovely, comfortable appartment

We have spent two weeks in this lovely, comfortable, spacious and well equipped appartment in Mombaroccio. When we arrived we received a welcome package from the owners, e.g a bottle of olive oil pressed from their own olives and a basket of fresh fruits. Lucia and Maurizio were very friendly and helpful, always ready to advise us and to answer our questions. Every couple of days Maurizio used to surprise us with a new basket full of fresh fruits from their garden, different kinds of figs, peaches and some grapes and also sometimes tomatoes. The location of the appartment was excellent. We visited many historical places (towns and villages) and enjoyed the beautiful landscape of the region. We certainly would recommend this appartment to our friends.

We have spent two Weeks in Mombarrocio. The Appartement was very comfortable and we`ve visited a lot of villages all around. Everything was fine and Lucia and Maurizio were very friendly and helpfull.

Excellent apartment

Excellent apartment, clean, spacious and fully equipped. When we arrived we received a welcome package from the owners. Fruit and vegetables from their garden and a bottle of wine. Excellent location to explore the beautiful landscape, near to the coast and the towns of Fano, Pesaro and Urbino.
