A Cosy Vacation Rental In The Center Of Udine

Residence Toti is a spacious colorful and modern apartment of 90 square meters located on a private road with no traffic or noise. It is ideal for those traveling with family or a group of friends.

We offer our guests three comfortable and spacious bedrooms, all with private TV, bed linen and towels. Our large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay from breakfast to dinner: dishes, cookware and appliances.

A large dining table stands in the spacious living room along with a sofa and armchairs, a TV set, a hi-fi system and a wide selection of books in Italian and English. Our Wi-Fi connection is free of charge and very fast.

The entire apartment is surrounded by a long terrace furnished with chairs and table perfect for an outdoor summer dinner. An automatic blackout awning shelters the terrace and offers additional privacy.

The house has two bathrooms: a larger one with shower and tub, and a smaller one only with shower. To help you out with your laundry you will also find a washing machine, clothes rack, iron and ironing board.

A private parking is available inside the garden, which is protected with an electric automatic gate.

The center of Udine is very close and easily accessible by car, on foot or by bus with two local lines that you can catch directly from the bus stop located only 20 meters from Residence Toti.

Next to the house you can find shops, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. Would you like to experience the best restaurants in town? Just ask us and we will give you all the instructions. We will be happy to suggest some of our preferred restaurants where you can taste the best dishes and regional wines. We can also provide you all the necessary contacts to buy the best food and wines produced in Friuli directly from local producers.

Right on the outskirts of Udine you will find various shopping centers with hundreds of shops for your "Italian Shopping".

From Residence Toti is easy to access the major highways, hence reach the main tourist attractions of our region.

This is a very spacious and clean apartment, with everything you need. Our host picked us up and delivered us to the train station and was helpful and kind. We recommend this place highly.

Just like home

Patrizia is a wonderful host. The apartment is lovely and the wrap around terrace made it perfect. the beds are very comfortable and the space feels like home. The location is quiet and convenient to grocery stores and cafes. It was a bit of a walk to the city center but there’s also a bus closeby. We didn’t mind the walk. Udine is a lovely city. It was a great home base for our family visits in the Friuli countryside and also do do a bit of touristing in Aquileia, Grado, San Daniele, and Cividale. Thank you for your hospitality!

Haben eine angenehme Zeit in Udine verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Stadt. Zu Fuß ist das Zentrum gut zu erreichen.

Großzügiges Appartment

Die Vermieterin war unmittelbar nach unserer Ankunft da, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Patrizia hatte einige Tipps für Ausflüge und zum Einkauf (Lidl und Ipermercato Panorama gleich um die Ecke). Die Wohnung ist geräumig und geschmackvoll und bequem eingerichtet. "Highlight" ist der Balkon (Hochparterre), der um die gesamte Wohnung führt und vom Schlafzimmer, vom Wohnzimmer und von der Küche aus betreten werden kann. Die lange Seite kann über eine Markise beschattet werden. Wir haben Frühstück und Abendessen ausschließlich hier eingenommen. Allerdings haben wir bequeme Liegen vermisst. Zum Glück kannten wir das von anderen Wohnungen und hatten Liegestühle dabei. Platz genug ist vorhanden. Das Haus steht auf einem Eckgrundstück zu einer stark befahrenen Straße, was uns nur am Anfang gestört hat. Geschlafen haben wir dennoch gut, denn nachts war wenig Verkehr und alle Räume haben Doppelfenster und Außenjalousien. Bequeme Matratzen und eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sorgten für erholsamen Schlaf. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet, allerdings fehlen kleine Gläser für einen Grappa oder einen Limoncello. Der durch ein Tor abgeschlossene Pkw-Stellplatz war unmittelbar neben dem Haus, das Gepäck konnte bequem über das Balkongeländer gereicht werden. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden.

Großzügige Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr komfortabel, gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Die Lage unweit vom Zentrum und die abgesicherte Parkmöglichkeit haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation hat hervorragend geklappt. Gerne wieder!

A stand out holiday apartment

Of all our apartment stays in Italy in recent years, Residence Toti is an absolute standout. Our hostess Patrizia Sabucco has created a beautiful "home feel" of this spacious apartment with a private car space. It is impeccably fitted out with great attention to even the smallest detail. On arrival we found cereal, juice, milk, bread, home made jams, bottles of water and a bottle of sparkling wine. Patrizia also provides a twice weekly cleaning service. We enjoyed many happy and peaceful hours on the large balcony overlooking the garden. The location is ideal, still in walking distance to the historic town centre or a 5 minute regular bus service just around the corner. Near by is a huge supermarket. We warmly recommend Residence Toti. It is a perfect base to explore the treasures of Udine and the Friuli. Thank you Patrizia for making our stay so very special. Christine and Ivan Sydney
