3 en suite units (there are more rooms than that, but we only used these 3) made travel for 3 couples and a 3 month old very easy for the entire group. Everyone had privacy and a quiet experience. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake. The kayaks were a nice amenity. Overall, a good experience. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Kitchen was fully furnished and spacious for cooking. Loved the open space for living and dining with family. Plenty of rooms for sleeping, very comfortable. Ability to use our sons boat was a bonus! Had evening fires and enjoyed our stay. We will be back!!!

Jack, the host was fantastic! We were visiting this area for our son's wedding and used this beautiful house as my family's home for a long weekend. During the 3 nights we were there, we were able to enjoy the views, the hot tub and even had time to read on the dock before rehearsal dinner. Amazing!
A few ducks that joined me while I read on the floating dock.

This house was absolutely amazing! We spent a week here celebrating our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The property is right on Lake Norman and features a wonderful floating dock. We rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed spending a few days out on the beautiful water. Jack has a couple of canoes free to use as well. The upstairs master suite was exceptional, with a very comfortable king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub. Everything was well organized and the linens were fresh and clean. The upstairs and main floor have separate heat/air, so we stayed very comfortable the entire week. In the evenings, we loved relaxing on the back deck, enjoying the hot tub and grilling dinner on the gas grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal preparation easy and convenient. We also appreciated the refrigerator’s filtered water and ice maker, as well as having both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker available.Jack was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Great for families!

We came to Charlotte for my daughter's graduation and treated ourselves to Mother's Day weekend at the lake. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. It is well equipped to cook meals, play games, enjoy the view and the lake. We hope to return soon!

Great location for family get-together

This was my first experience with a rental home and Jack made it very easy to book and enjoy the home. This is in a great location for our family and the size of the house and amount of bedrooms were perfect for our kids and grandkid.
