This is a great apartment. Having Yummy just steps away was a bonus for quick food and great coffee.

Property recently renovated and in excellent condition. Property was not outfitted with enough bedding for the guest capacity advertised (and owner unresponsive when notified) Supplied toiletries not as advertised, laundry in unfinished basement. Usable outdoor space for rental not as anticipated. This unit is behind an active bike shop.

great location with plenty of space

Two bedrooms a twin mattress for 5th person one bathroom shuttle stop outside place that is 10 min shuttle into town leaves every 30 min. clean, new, great option for a fall trip. bicycle shop attached below highly recommend

Wonderful, new space

We had a great stay! The apartment is newly remodeled, quiet and has two patios. We stayed with friends and had no issue sharing the single large bathroom. Hans is a responsive and really helpful host.

Modern flat on Surfside Bike Path

This newly renovated modern flat was the perfect Space for my three kids and me. We rented bikes right outside our door and enjoyed morning coffee and treats just steps away from the flat as well. Very clean and well appointed property.

Great getaway

Beautiful space, comfortable (except for the couch), great bathroom, comfy beds, Yummy's next door was key! Quiet. Loved the two balconies. Parking was a bit of an issue since we didn't receive instructions where to park. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful apartment!

We stayed here for Stroll weekend and it was just as pictured and described in the listing. Pros: The apartment is new, clean, and modern. The finishes and appliances are top of the line and it has the most beautiful bathroom I’ve ever had in a VRBO—with heated floors! The kitchen is large and we’ll laid-out. It is located mid island and close to town and near the bike path. Cons: furniture wasn’t super comfortable and the place is echoey and sound carries. Finding the place in the dark was near impossible; it has a driveway that is rutted and off at an angle at an intersection. The parking area is shared with a bike shop and Chinese takeout place. No toaster. There were no instructions about the complicated recycling on island or how to leave the property upon departure. Overall, very pleased we stayed here and would recommend!

Ideal place to stay!!

My friends and I stayed at Hans place during the 4th of July week and it was the perfect spot. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The bike shop is right outside along with a cafe with great coffee and breakfast sandwiches! The shuttle to downtown is right outside the door as well! We plan on staying there again!

Family Get Away

The unit is spotless and very modern. Better finishes than our home in NY. Parking is tight and the property is not well kept. Lawn is cluttered with bikes and boards at neighboring business. Location is conveniently located on the bus route and a small deli is right next store for breakfast or lunch. Over all a nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful 4 days at Surfside. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed from the cute coffee shop down the street to the bike shop next door, fresh beach towels it was wonderful. Hans was very responsive we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back

Wonderful unit, modern and beautiful

Great time staying here with the family. Had a bit of mishap with the cleaning lady (showed up earlier than check in time) but nothing serious. Communication was usually prompt. We rented bikes at the place nearby. It is not really walking distance to downtown but on a bike you’re at the beach or elsewhere in minutes. Would return as the place ia fantastic!

Nantucket weekend

Perfect spot for a getaway for a small group, great location and option to store your bags at the bike shop next door before/after check-in/check-out was a game changer. Hans was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend time on Nantucket!
