Perfect location

Wards at Waverly was the perfect spot for our weekend. Perfect location, clean, comfortable beds, easy check in, and great host. The home had all we needed for our weekend trip.

Great property

We were in town for my son’s wedding and this property gave us a homey and relaxing place to unwind after the wedding craziness. We really enjoyed the feeling of home we felt here.

Great stay

Very comfortable home with plenty of nice touches. This was a perfect space for the 3 couples in our group with more than adequate kitchen supplies, bathroom facilities and common area. We would definitely stay again!

Great place

My group was thoroughly pleased with everything about the house. We loved the setting around the house. This is the best place we have ever stayed for our football trips! Want to say thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful experience

Perfect Location, Beautiful Farm House

This is our second stay as we travel to Westpoint each year for Thanksgiving. This is a lovely renovated farmhouse and I can't say enough about the owners, responsiveness, ease of checkin, etc. All the basics are provided as well. We will be back next year!

Cutest Renovated Farmhouse!

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and rented this farmhouse close by. The owners were easy to work with, and the place is just lovely! Although completely renovated and updated, it still has the feel of a cozy farmhouse. I already rented for next year. Thank you Alice!

What a super neat farmhouse that is incredibly well appointed, they had everything we needed and checking in and checking out was a breeze. Seemed like the house had been professionally cleaned upon arrival as it really really nice really really nice…..Everything was as accurate as we could’ve dreamed from the description online and could not recommend anymore!

Relaxing gem

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as advertised, check in was seamless, house was spotless. The location between Old Waverly golf club and West Point made everything within easy reach. We have stayed in another site accommodations and have been routinely disappointed. I can’t think of anything I could complain about here. We highly recommend Wards @ Waverly for anyone planning a trip to West Point.

Great option for CAFB

Alice was very responsive to all needs that I had. This house had almost everything needed for my family: outdoor space, enough outlets and sitting area, comfortable accomodations ( bed, furniture, etc.). For someone like me who cooks every meal it took time to sort through the array of items to find what worked best, but there were many options. You will not find left over items from previous guests, but the Walmart is 5 minutes away.

In town for our daughters wedding. We loved it!

First, the owner is a delight. She was available to answer every question I had in advance and was very quick to respond. Second, it was a very good location, right down the street from Missy Oak Golf Course and the wedding venue at Waverly Waters. Third, the house was absolutely beautiful, clean and crisp! The master bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby! There was plenty of parking and fresh air. I will go there again when we travel to West Point. A true southern beauty.

Pretty and updated real, farmhouse close to MSU!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful farmhouse with us. It can be a challenge to find somewhere in Starkville for MSU games, so Wards at Waverly was perfect. The antique furnishings and the updates were all so pretty. The wardrobes and kitchen proved this was a true farmhouse. We were able to fit extended family in all the beds, sofas and floors for our annual MSU tailgate weekend. The kids enjoyed the snacks while we appreciated the décor. Also, could tell owners were Mississippi State fans yet, anyone would love this home since everything was true Southern class. We hope to stay here again for future visits. Thanks again for the hospitality. Your home is a true gem.

We loved our time at Wards@Waverly! The house was cozy and well equipped, perfect for hosting our family for Thanksgiving. It had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable spaces for gathering, and lots of sleeping and bathroom space. We would happily stay there again!

Fabulous house! Hosts were so helpful and we enjoyed the stay.

The hosts were so accommodating. They have done a fabulous job of renovating the house. It is precious. It was perfect for the family that we had visiting.

Family Reunion

We were all in West Point to attend a family reunion. Very comfortable and convenient location. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the property other than to sleep, shower and have a light breakfast.

Excellent!

This property was perfect for our family! We came in town for a graduation ceremony at MSU and staying here was a great decision. It was an easy hop over to Starkville and a much nice property than choice options there. Check-in information was provided days in advance and all amenities were just as listed. The home is charming and exceptionally clean. The owner was welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. All definitely stay here again!
