Great place for a large group. Beautiful views and nice place. Great stay and it is recommended. Lots of stairs so may be challenging for older people.

Awesome place and great location in Hood River to walk everywhere. Amazing views on the top floor as well! Very easy check in process.

This is a great spot in downtown Hood River. It has a lot of space for a lot of people and everything was smooth and easy to use.

Would not hesitate to stay here again next time we come to Hood River. An ideal spot for being able to have great views and short walks into town with many dining and drinking options. Perfect hub for day trips to Mount Hood, wind and whitewater rafting, mountain, biking, hiking, etc. Loved the open space without a television on the main kitchen floor, with great option for kids to watch TV upstairs. Impressed with the architecture, decor and very solidly built home. Could not hear anyone in any room or creaks when walking around. Enjoyed coffee on the patio upstairs and all of the kitchen requirements for cooking a good meal.

Great place in the center of town within a mile of about 30 restaurants. The view from the living room is a panorama of the river. The place is built vertically so be ready for lot of stairs. The place was very clean and the management are very responsive.

Kitesurfing trip

Nice property in a great location. Our only issue was that on hot days the fourth floor gets really hot and the air conditioning is not sufficient to cool it down.

Great house and great location

Amazing house with lots of space and great views. Location was perfect, quick walk to the downtown area which worked out perfect, especially with a group. Lots of available parking on the street. Amy was a great host and had great communication. Highly recommend this location!!

Excellent location, lovely house

The views from all three floors in this house were terrific. Some of our party had to work during our trip, and they loved being able to watch the kites on the river during their meetings. I loved the extra long garage, and the location could not be beat- we were one block from the shops and restaurants of down town HR. We really enjoyed our stay.

Right in the heart of downtown Hood River

Beautiful tri-level with gorgeous views. Easy 5 min walk into downtown for shopping and eating. Hood River is a great jumping off point for a lot of outdoor activities. Might seem odd to you, but we were very impressed with the clarity of the check-in/check-out directions and how everything in the unit that needed a label/instructions, had one.

Great views and location

First of all, there is a lot of stairs, even to get to the first level. But the views from all 3 levels are great. We spent 1-2 hours each evening on the deck watching the sunset. The location is perfect. We walked to breweries, cafes and shops every day. The house is clean and modern with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It comfortably slept our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The tandem garage was big enough for our sedan and Rav4.

Spacious home

Overall, this home was great - lots of bedrooms, beds were comfy, space to spread out. The garage has space for 2 cars which was super helpful. Kitchen seemed to have some limited items (no rubber spatula, for example). Home has a lot of stairs, which we knew about so that was not an issue. However, the top floor (with a living space w/ TV) was open to the floor below (where the kitchen and other living space are) so the noise travels a lot. If you have adults, this is not a problem, but if you have children, you'll hear all the noise even if they are upstairs in the TV area. We would definitely stay again, but only with a group of adults.

An enjoyable stay

We planned to stay for 3 nights over Christmas weekend. The ice storm shut down I-84 so we lost 1 night. Upon checking in, we discovered that there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. It was Christmas eve so I didn't contact the owner about this. Luckily, we bought along some, enough for our stay. If you plan to cook your own food, bring a knife sharpener. The knives were very dull, almost unusable. Water dispenser was broken so you'll have to bring your own filtered water. The house was at a great location. Its central location meant that we could walk to plenty of restaurants and stores. Grocery store was a short drive away. The check in process was easy via a lock box. The house was very clean. There was plenty of room for 10 of us to spread out. The view from the house was spectacular. We were able to fit a minivan and a sedan in the tandem garage. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street. There are plenty of pots and pans to cook family meals in the spacious kitchen. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Great Condo in heart of Hood River

Great place and great location. Appreciate the owner taking care of our most important concerns quickly. But not being able to enjoy the gorgous view from one bedroom due to a faulty large blind that could not be raised was a disappointment.
