別館は、以下から構成されています。

4月から5月まで9月から10月にかけて開かれた温水スイミングプールを備えた3200㎡の庭園、大きなトランポリンと卓球台。
家は村にあり、近隣の尊敬のため22:30以降は騒音は起こりません。

Great property in a great location. We stayed here last year and absolutely loved it hence our second visit. Hervé and Marie-Aude are great hosts and always quick to respond. The house is well equipped and the pool and garden are brilliant.

This is a lovely house with everything you could want. Huge internal space and fabulous garden and a heated pool. We stayed with a few friends and then family with young children and it worked brilliantly. within 15 minutes cycle ride (3 mins by car) is Brionne with supermarkets, bakery and an excellent market on Sunday.Honfleur is about an hour away, as is Rouen, but the best is the local abbey in one of the prettiest villages in France with Restaurants and shops.we all had a fabulous 2 week stay.well done to Herve!

Overall very good .Lovely garden and games equipment.Better detail about the location of the master key safe which was inside the garage would be helpful.Kitchen facilities okay. Could do with a knife sharpener and garlic press.Poolside furniture needs replacing Two of the loungers had holes in the plastic.

Half Term Break

This was a very good property for a family (12 of us). The pool was heated and was 25 degrees in the morning going up to 27. A good size pool. We used it every day despite the rain. The house was well equipped. It is an old house but everything was good,

Fantastic

We have thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing family holiday in this beautiful house. It is very well equipped with everything you might need, and perfect for families with activities and toys for all ages of children. The pool was enjoyed by all! Brionne has all essential shops including a butchers, boulangeries, a supermarket, and market twice a week. The owners were easy to communicate with before, and during the holiday . Check in/out process was very efficient with great instruction. Highly recommend, and definitely would return, to this property!

Fantastic family friendly property

What an amazing place. I stayed here with our family and my brother and his family (4 adults and 5 kids aged 7-11). This was such a great place for adults to relax and kids to have fun. We could have spent the whole week here without leaving the house! The garden was full of games for the kids and places to explore. The pool was lots of fun for both adults and kids. We visited some fantastic castles locally and you could get pretty much anything you want from the local market. The owners were really helpful and quick to reply to our messages. We would definitely visit again 😃

Nous avons réservé ce gîte pour 15 jours. Ce gîte est très agréable, la piscine et les espaces extérieurs ont favorisés le bon déroulement de ce séjour!Les espaces intérieurs individuels sont suffisants pour des groupes de 10-12 personnes, en comptant la dépendance qui offre un espace plus individuel.Le placement géographique est aussi un confort indéniable : A 5min en voiture d'un supermarché, restaurants et village.Plusieurs activités sont faisable aux alentours et notamment au sein de la base de loisir à proximité (mini golf, pédalo, kayak, jeux pour enfants, et de quoi se restaurer sur place).Nous recommandons fortement ce gîte.

Heerlijk huis met alles erop en er aan. Wij waren maar met z’n zessen dus hebben het extra slaapgedeelte niet nodig gehad. Alles wat je kan bedenken is aanwezig in het huis en het huis doet heel “aangekleed” aan met veel frisse en creatieve details. Alles is ook lekker rond elkaar georganiseerd, dus terwijl de een in het zwembad zit en anderen spelletjes doen aan de buitentafel, kan je toch contact hebben met elkaar.De buurt is rustig, maar voelt niet achteraf. Het huis en tuin zijn volledig omheind met heg en steen, dus je bent er volledig privé. Toch zit je ook innen 5 minuten zit in Brionne en de supermarkt. Communicatie met de eigenaar was soepel en snel. Duidelijke instructies en ook pro-actief vragen of zaken in orde zijn. Vergeet niet een milieusticker te regelen, want rond Rouen heb je die nodig.

Es war alles top, Platz war für alle ausreichend da. Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Der TV wurde nicht einmal angemacht. Der große Garten, die vielen Spielgeräte und der Pool waren ausreichend für alle.

Et fantastisk hus for den store familie. Haven med pool var enestående, som både børn og voksne havde stor glæde af. Et fantastisk værtspar, som gjorde alt hvad de kunne, så vi følte os velkomne og godt tilpas. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Perfect familieverblijf

Goede accommodatie voor 10 personen (6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen). Perfecte ligging in een rustige straat met nabij een Carrefour. Mooie tuin. Zwembad is perfect voor de kinderen. Uitstappen gemaakt naar Abdij Le Bec Hellouin (te voet met heel de familie - 4 km door het bos), Lisieux, Chateau du Champ De Bataille, Abdij Jumièges.

Heerlijk familiehuis

Mijn familie en ik, bestaande uit verschillende gezinnen, hebben een kleine 2 weken in dit huis gezeten. Wat een fijn, ruim huis en wat een geweldige tuin ook! Je komt er helemaal tot rust. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf! Het contact met de eigenaar is ook op een fijne manier verlopen. Het enige wat niet meezat was het weer; veel regen en bewolking, dus van het zwembad hebben we helaas niet echt kunnen genieten. Vooral niet missen: Rouen, Le bec Hellouin en de Mont saint Michel, het museum van Claude Monet in Giverny en het chateau de Beaumesnil. Soms moet je wel wat langer in de auto willen zitten, maar dat is wel een beetje inherent aan deze locatie. Maar alles bij elkaar is dit huis echt een aanrader! :-)

Beautiful House with lots of space

Absolutely gorgeous house, lots of rooms to accommodate us as we were two families and grandparents and great grandparent. Kitchen and house fully equipped with everything you’d need and more, but the outside space was what made this house for us, heated pool which was gorgeous, absolutely everything for the children, bikes, trampoline, swings, a zipwire! Just amazing, they were thrilled. We were very sad to leave, but we’re going to Disneyland on our way home so this helped a little. Herve was extremely helpful and available for us, sent us a welcome pack beforehand, we did struggle finding the key box and was glad it was daytime. The small town of Brionne is okay and had a good supermarket, but not a particularly pretty town, but you don’t have to travel far, a beautiful village called Le bec Hellioun was only a five minutes drive away and a couple of lovely eating places plus a monastery that was beautiful too. A fabulous holiday, in a fabulous country.

Es war für alle ein sehr schönerUrlaub.Das Haus und der Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Die Kinder waren schon nach 10min im Pool.Die gesamte Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist gut.Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht und sogar kleine Radtouren.Auf dem Grundstück ist viel Platz für Ballspiele wie:Tischtennis,Federball,Volleyball usw. Einen Fernseher hat niemand vermisst. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden,so gab es jeden Morgen frisches Baguette. Wir können dieses Ferienobjekt nur weiter empfehlen. Maison exceptionnelle - calme et relax dans le vert

Nous louons souvent des maisons et cette location a été parfaite. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Les enfants ont adoré le jardin, la piscine, les jeux . Les adultes ont aimé le soin de la décoration, l'équipement de la maison , le calme et la beauté du jardin. Tout est tellement bien expliqué que nous n'avons même pas eu besoin d'appeler les proprietaires. Merci encore pour ce sejour et on espère revenir un jour !

Magnifique séjour en famille

Cadre magnifique et une grande maison au calme, avec de beaux châteaux à proximité. Une piscine qui ont ravi les enfants. Plein de jeux à disposition et des hôtes très gentils. Merci pour ces vacances.

Séjour en famille pour les fêtes

La maison était conforme a nos attentes avec un très grand et beau jardin. Toutes les salles de avaient des savons neufs et shampoings. Les serviettes et la literie sont de qualité et nous avons très bien dormis car la maison est calme meme si elle est pour une partie en bordure de la route. La route est très peu passante et vous ne serez reveilles que par le chant du coq. La cheminée est très agréable et fonctionne très bien. La disposition des pieces permet une bonne indépendance des couples ou des enfants et la distance entre les deux corps de la maison est de maxi 10 mètres. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et réactifs

Fabulous

We had an amazing week at the property. In fact the whole process was great from booking, chatting to Herve, checking in and out couldnt have been easier. The house is wonderful the pictures do not do it justice. We were a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 12, 10 and 5 who did not get bored once. The pool was the main focus but we also enjoyed playing hide and seek in the expansive grounds, games of cricket, ping pong tournaments, eating outside and at night relaxing with a drink. it was so peaceful. There was a Carrefour 5 mins drive away with a petrol station and a bigger shopping centre about 18 mins away so you could get everything you needed. House was so well equipped with some many added extras like blenders, coffee machine, waffle maker. beaches were about 1 hours drive away and easily accessible, there were a few animal parks to also visit but we ran out of time. walks to the river were great and there was a water recreation facility close by hiring out canoes, pedalos and many other activities. I 100% recommend this property and area and we hope to go back for more exploring another time.

Séjour agréable en famille

Maison idéale pour deux couples avec enfants. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine agréable. Beaucoup d’activités de qualités à quelques minutes en voiture. Les hôtes, Marie-Aude et Hervé, sont attentifs, réactifs et prévenants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci !
