The location was exactly what I needed since I was splitting my time between two ski resorts in the area for a work trip. The host was very communicative and made sure I had all the necessary items I needed. The living room and kitchen space were very nicely laid out, allowing for an easy transition between work and rest.

Fran always does a fantastic job welcoming us and making sure we are comfortable while we are staying at their place. The kitchens and bathrooms are well stocked and we never worry about not having enough supplies to last us through. Communication is key and she is always responsive when we need anything. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We come to Huntsville every summer to race the weekend at Snowbasin and we always feel at home in this condo and look forward to our trips here.

This is a great property! It is only about 10 minutes from Snow Basin and the Pineview Reservoir is a brief walk. The unit was very clean and appropriately apportioned. The host was incredible. Not only is she very communicative and quick to respond but she also went far and above what was expected. We highly recommend.

Montain Lake condo

Our little get away was simply perfect. Fran's condo was cozy and inviting, nestled in a beautiful setting with rustling trees right outside the window. Fran was super sweet, accommodating, and easy to work with. We will definitely make another trip to Huntsville it is so beautiful there!Make YOUR own reservation today!

Very nice!

We were very impressed from the minute we walked in! It was fully stocked with all the things we needed in the bathrooms as well as the kitchen. Everything worked as it should with no problems at all. The decor was nice and the beds/couches were very comfortable! We enjoyed the area and will definitely be back!

Excellent Huntsville Stay

This property is everything one might want in a stay in Huntsville. We chose it for its close proximity to Snowbasin. The views are beautiful from the hot tub on the back deck and the big picture window in the family room. If you forgot something for your trip, don’t worry, Fran and Rich have thought about everything! We will definitely look to book here again. We visited First lift coffee every morning. Also recommend a visit to New World Distillery.

Work Retreat

We were in Utah for work and this was the perfect getaway for us! Beautiful setting and lovely home. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

Nice place!

Nice and clean and overall really great! The losting said 2 bedrooms 1 bath but the unit only had one bedroom and a pullout couch and 2 bathrooms. No big deal though plenty of space

Great Spot!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub on the deck. The owners were nice and attentive downstairs. We were unclear where the Tesla charger was located. It was in the owner’s garage, and they were very helpful getting us the cable, so just ask if needed. The unit was very well stocked, especially the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Our only wish was for more lamps in the living room and bedroom, as the can lights were too bright in the evenings. Great spot for a couples getaway!

Great Condo!

The condo was beautiful and was so clean and well appointed. Everything you could want in a vacation rental was provided! The private hot tub on the balcony was so nice and convenient and so was the fireplace, not just for ambience but for drying out our wet ski gear. And the host Fran was very responsive and communicative! 5 stars!

I was in town for a few days of skiing at Snow Basin. This place was perfect. 12 minutes to the resort. Immaculately cleaned. Great communication and hospitality.

Snowbasin Gem

Fran made us feel welcome from first to last and even went above and beyond to get a kettle for half the family who love their English tea! So kind and considerate. The beds were comfy, the apartment clean and the spa tub . . . a perfect temp ! The most convenient place to stay if you are planning to ski at Snowbasin, our favorite resort (we recommend eating in the sit-down restaurant & bar in Earl's Lodge instead of the buffet, delicious and hearty portions). Thank you Fran for a lovely stay.

This is, I believe, the best place because you get the best of both worlds. Come and enjoy the winter nestled between two of the most amazing ski destinations.
There is a bus shuttle to Snowbasin and the ride is a quick 10 minutes at best and then there is Powder Mountain , only 25 minutes away, when you are just looking for a chill day of skiing or riding.
Then come back in the summer for a dip in Pineview Reservior:)

New measures have been put in place due to Covid-19. are updated cleaning policies but most importantly we have installed an air scrubber that runs continuously, thus eliminating all virus and germ particles that can be in the air or on surfaces:) We also use:
https://sterilray.com/sterilray-com/products/far-uv-sterilray-disinfection-wand/
which destroys all germs and bacteria in seconds without harm to the air, surfaces or humans. We do this prior to cleaning the unit and after, so that you are entering a pristine environment the moment you enter your vacation get-a-way.
We respect peoples decisions and need to travel and strive to provide the safest accommodations, being that we are trained in OSHA due to our work history.

We hope that you can destress a bit more knowing this about our condo. Come relax and enjoy sometime away:)
