魅力的な家、石、イビサの景色、1,200 m2の私有地

この家は家畜の世話と牧草の貯蔵に使われた農場の部分に相当します。 当時、元の素材（砂岩、石、ジュニパー、タネルの梁）と、より現代的な仕上げ（床材）を組み合わせて使用​​し、リサイクルすることで、2つの邸宅（住宅と浴槽）の家を建てました。香りのよいグレーのセメントと木製のプラットフォーム）。 隣接する木のテラス（デッキ）と合わせて、総面積は150平方メートルです。
また、2台の大型車を快適に駐車するためのペルゴラと、家の側面と前部に約1.200m 2の土地/畑があります。 イビサ島を背景に、海の素晴らしい景色を強調してください。

Beautiful location and lovely cottage. Everything you need for your vacation on this beautiful island. Natalia and Marc were engaged hosts. Unfortunately, we are not able to rate our stay highly overall due to the dangerous set up of the bathroom. We were aware the bathroom and shower were located just outside the cottage and we were looking forward to this unique set up. However, the description on the VRBO site does not mention anywhere that the floor of the shower area and access to the toilet room was open to large boulders that were exposed. The host explained that the exposed rocks were part of their intention to preserve the ancient rock formations. Unfortunately this is not an acceptable or safe bathroom by any standards. When you enter the bathroom you need to cross over large boulders and then when exiting the bathtub and shower the rocks are exposed and when you are wet from the shower, the rocks are very slippery. We had booked and paid for a 4 night stay but checked out after 1 night due to the dangerous set up of the bathroom and shower. The hosts should make this very clear on the VRBO site that the bathroom and shower area have large exposed rocks that you need to walk over.

wunderbarer Ort

Wir hatten 10 wunderbare , erholsame Tage bei bestem Wetter auf Formentera. Das Haus ist etwas sehr Besonderes , sehr sauber und gepflegt . Wir hatten jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner . Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt und der Blick auf Ibiza einfach toll. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder . Danke für alles und alles Liebe .

Una semana perfecta

Todo perfecto: localización, la casa, el entorno y los anfitriones. Disfrutamos mucho de la terraza durante los desayunos y las cenas así como de las duchas al aire libre. La casa está en perfecto estado de conservación, todo funciona perfectamente. La decoración es muy bonita y agradable tal como se puede ver en las fotos. Hay supermercados cerca y Sant Francesc está a 5 minutos en coche. Un gran descubrimiento!!

Una vacanza da sogno

Andiamo ogni anno a Formentera ma mai abbiamo soggiornato in una casa così, splendida la posizione, la vista, gli spazi la cura dei dettagli. Erano presenti ogni tipo di confort, accessori che potevano servire in cucina ma anche per la spiaggia. Fantastici e disponibilissimi i proprietari. Sarà impossibile cercare altre sistemazioni in futuro. Stare in casa era un piacere e ha contribuito a rendere la vacanza unica e davvero speciale.

Perfect home for Formentera lovers

Una favola

Abbiamo pernottato dal 15.06 al 24.06 Siamo rimasti contentissimi di tutto. Casa molto particolare. Ti da proprio l'idea di stare a Formentera. Tutto curato in ogni dettaglio. La casa si trova in una collina 5 min. da San Francesc, che tra l'altro un paesino molto carino. Assoluta tranquillità e con uno spicchio di vista al mare. I signori Marc e Natalia, si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili e molto gentili. Con lo scooter, ci metti 10 min. ad andare a Iletas. La casa é lontana dal caos e allo stesso tempo vicina dalle spiagge più belle. Spero di tornarci anche l'anno prossimo. Ringrazio ancora Marc per la sua disponibilità, e soprattutto Natalia, che all'ultimo giorno si é prestata di accompagnarci al porto. Marco & Justine

Sehr charmante Unterkunft, super Lage

Wir hatten 10 super schöne Tage in dem wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Genau die richtige Größe für 4 Personen. Toller Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Super Lage auf der Insel, alles ist schnell erreicht. Marc und Natalie sind super freundlich dun sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit

Justo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones relajantes. Tranquilamente situado con una hermosa terraza privada y vista a Ibiza. Recogida personal desde el ferry hasta la casa y también el viaje de regreso. Propietario muy complaciente y extremadamente amigable y servicial. Definitivamente voy a volver aquí.

Hem passat una setmana amb els nostres fills i repetiriem sense cap dubte. La casa es acollidora i molt bonica, la neteja i l'atenció inmillorable.Zona molt tranquila i molt ben ubicada, però el transport public es escàs, millor portar cotxe o moto. S'ha de tenir en compte que els banys son en un altre edificació al costat de la casa, però no es un problema, es molt còmode.

Incredibile location!

Sono tornato da meno di una settimana e non posso che confermare le recensioni ottime già presenti. La location è davvero superba: un’antica stalla perfettamente restaurata e dotata di ogni confort (dalla Nespressa al tostapane, al microonde). Il bagno, separato e di fronte al corpo centrale, è anch’esso incredibile e molto curato. Molto bello il patio esterno con la tavola vista La Savina: abbiamo fatto alcune cene con amici e la visuale su Ibiza al tramonto è speciale. Per noi era la quinta volta a Formentera e mai eravamo rimasti prima la sera a casa a mangiare: qua è successo perchè ti senti davvero “a casa tua”! Marc e Nathalia, i proprietari, abitano esattamente di fianco: molto riservati ma subito cortesi ed efficienti se interpellati. OK anche per i più piccolini (noi abbiam viaggiato con nostra figlia di 20 mesi: unica attenzione i gradini presenti qua e là). Tariffe: medio-alte. Il prossimo anno ci torneremo sicuro!
