My new home away from home
What a rental. The small touches, The comfortable beds. The snacks. OMG the coffee. The neighborhood. The space. This has got to be the best 2 bedroom, two bathroom on the east side of the burgh. I'm just speechless.

We love restoring old homes and and have been doing so for 25 years. Between us we have an engineering background, architectural and design background, property management and construction management AND we are real estate agents. We met in Denver and moved to Pittsburgh in 2000 and haven't looked back.
We love what we do and we are so very fortunate to meet so many wonderful and kind people in both our furnished properties as well as our long term unfurnished properties. We live on the 2nd floor of this large duplex and love gardening with flowers and vegetables alike. We are generally around to answer questions and offer suggestions as needed. We look forward to meeting you and learned about and from you.

Point Breeze is a vibrant and varied neighborhood. It is walk-able to Frick Park (truly a gem in the city), gyms and many other nearby city amenities. This neighborhood such an up and coming popular neighborhood with easy access to Regent Square, Bakery Square, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Airport Express bus, and other businesses in Shadyside and Squirrel Hill. The homes are all in "millionaire row" with such varied architecture and histories.

Our property has been fully and completely renovated. We try to modernize and upgrade to enable the property to survive another 100 years while maintaining all the architectural detail and character.
We recently replaced the roof, added solar power to provide electricity for both floors of the duplex with overflow/extra electricity provided to another duplex we own nearby.
