とても広々としたAriel Dunes IIのコンドミニアム。 この8階のコーナーユニットには、巨大な52インチ薄型テレビ付きの広い（21'26インチ）リビング/ダイニングルームがあり、バルコニー付きの総リビングスペースは約2000平方フィートあります。 デスティンでは、ビーチに近いこの広いスペースを持つ新しいマンションを借りるほうが良いとは思われません。

ユニットには3つの寝室と3つの浴室があります。 マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズベッド、32インチテレビ、湾に面したメインバルコニーへの別の入り口があります。 ベッドルーム2には、クイーンサイズベッド、26インチテレビ、シースケープゴルフコースに面した専用バルコニーがあります。 3つ目のベッドルームには、最大3台まで眠れるフルサイズの二段ベッドと26インチのテレビがあります。

Ariel Dunes IIには3つの大きなプールがあり、最大のプールにはエントリーがありません - 幼児に最適です。 1階にはプールを見渡せるフィットネスジムがあり、独立したスチームサウナがあります。

ビーチはコンドミニアムから歩いてすぐ（約200ヤード）です。

Seascape Resortの一部であるAriel Dunes IIには、2000フィートの白い砂浜、ゴルフ、テニス、高級レストランがあり、すべて徒歩圏内です。 Cabana Cafeは、Ariel Dunes Iの地上階にあり、毎日、いつでもおいしい食事をコンドミニアムにお届けします。 2輪で観光スポットに入りたい人のために近くに自転車のレンタルがあります。 そして、車で飛びたい場合は、デスティンコモンズ、シルバーサンズアウトレットモール、ビレッジオブベイタウンワーフ、エメラルドベイゴルフコースまで車ですぐです。

Wonderful Condo

The property was nice. It's very roomy and the 3 bathrooms was so helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was WONDERFUL he responded to any questions I had immediately. The location is nice close to everything. Short 4 min walk to the beach ... 15 min drive to Walmart...5 min drive to Dollar General.... 3 min drive to some restaurants... I WILL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH HIM AGAIN!!!!

Beach stay

We had a short 4 night stay that was very pleasant. The condo was spacious & clean. The building itself has great amenities & it was night being able to only do the nights we were able to since our lives are so busy right now & unable to spend a full week down there.

Great property

The Condo location at Seascape is as nice as you will even find. The condo is in like new condition. Mark cares about the property as well as making the accommodations great for your stay. Anytime we had a question his reply was immediate and complete. The property is very close to restaurants, bars, and entertainment. You watch fabulous sunsets and get the afternoon sun. The balcony is very nice for relaxing.

Amazing place and highly recommend

This place is amazing with a short walk to the beach. Mark has all kitchen stuff you may needed for cooking to included beach supplies. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own private rooms/bathrooms. You can see beautiful sunset from patios. Mark always have a quick response with questions I have. Overall, we had amazing stay and definitely will come back to stay here again.

Yearly Family Vacation

This condo has a lot of space compared to some of the others. It's a nice corner unit. But best of all is the property owner/manager, Mr. Lutz. He was more than accommodating and was easy to get a hold of. Overall a great stay and will definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Great for family vacation

There were 8 of us that stayed here and we loved it. With 4 kids the place was still very spacious. The balcony was amazing and we really enjoyed it. The walk to the beach was short.

Great place and location

We were very happy with this condo. Bring coffee because there is a basic coffee maker and mugs available. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. It was quite clean, but the main floors are a little dirty from beach living and sand. That’s to be expected though, otherwise the place was clean and well stocked for a home away from home experience. It’s a walk to the beach, but we have small children which makes everything more cumbersome. The check in and out directions couldn’t be simpler. We’re already planning our next stay there. Thanks for a great place to stay on our vacation!!!

Pleasantly Surprised

The condo was much bigger than anticipated. It was super comfortable and roomy. Loved that their was a bathroom for every bedroom. The only small complaint I could think of would be the lack of a/c in the elevators. It was a bit of a hike to the beach, so I wouldn't recommend for people with health issues, but overall very pleased.

Very spacious with beautiful views!!!

This condo was extremely spacious and the views were amazing! We felt at home in this cozy condo that's extremely close to the beach. Everything that we needed for cooking was right there. Lots of shopping opportunities in the area and entertainment and restaurants are a short walk away. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Everyone agrees that this is one of the best spring break getaways that we have had!
