This is a 4 bed-room + loft, 14 person max, luxury condo with 3 king sized beds, a queen bed, a sleeper sofa and two custom built Ozark cedar twin XL beds! The master bedroom has a firm Purple Restore Hybrid king mattress too! It is on located on the 2nd floor with no condo above it. It has 16 stairs to reach the front door. It has a brand new 5 large UHD Samsung smart TVs in the Condo. 4K UHD Blu-Ray player. Samsung TV Plus & Verizon 5G high speed Wi-Fi. Washer & Dryer in condo. Full access to 24/7 fitness center, seasonal outdoor & indoor heated pool, hot tub, grille & bar, tennis/pickleball courts & reduced price for 18-hole golf course. A 3 minute walk to the Clubhouse. Whirlpool tub in the master bathroom.

Many 4 bedroom Condos in the Pointe Royale struggle with cooling and humidity issues on the upper floors. We have solved that problem! In this Condo, we installed individual, climate controlled A/C-heater units that are remote controlled. This $15,000+ upgrade provides the absolute comfort and convenience while you are staying here!

Beyond the furnished kitchen and the brand new stainless steel appliances, a USB outlet is installed in the kitchen and wet bar to charge your electronics easier. Secured Wi-Fi, a balcony over looking the bluffs of Lake Taneycomo and lake access a short walk away to fish, play or kayak/canoe!

We have invested over $65,000+ in upgrades to The Restful Reunion. Beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and wet bar as well new, premium cabinets for each. The entire condo has received new premium paint and every inch of the flooring has been upgraded with the best padding, carpet and vinyl!

When you book this condo, you will receive an email from Lodgify 20 days prior to arrival to complete. This form will give you a 6 letter Booking Reservation code that you'll enter into the Guest by Lodgify app to access the check-in information. When you book this condo, you agree to this and understand that the check-in information is ONLY released through the Guest by Lodgify app.

Family of 10 adults 1 baby. Had a wonderful time. Host (Don) was a great communicator. Condo fit us all very well. Great location (10 min from everything Branson has to offer). Extremely clean and nice gated golf course community. If we make another trip to Branson we will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Clean, accommodating, great space!

We had a group of 9 in the condo. Great amount of space, it was perfect for our group. The unit was very clean. We used the kitchen to cook almost all of our meals. It had everything we needed. Don was very responsive to any questions we had. Even the silly ones… They think of everything! Will definitely go back!

Johnson’s Family trip.

The place was awesome!!!! Having all the sleep options was great. Updated kitchen was fantastic. Snacks and coffee was a nice surprise. Views from the balcony were nice to enjoy coffee in the morning. Would love to stay again next time in Branson.

Branson Knights July 4th

The condo was very nice. There were plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The high chair was great for the baby. It was a short walk to the pools and also to the river. The grounds were beautifully maintained.

Great place for large family

This is a great place for a large group. There were 13 people ages 3 to 71. We had everything we needed and the host answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The condo was clean and very close to everything we had planned for stay. Great place to stay for a large family.

Great Branson Weekend

We were extremely happy with our accommodations at this very restful condo! Our host, Don, was very communicative about the property and about Branson itself! As a super host, he stresses importance of doing everything to make the guest happy! If you want a super clean and restful condo close to all the Branson attractions, you should rent this condo! Vacation 2023

The host of the rental condo immediately answers your questions when texting him very professional very kind. The property is excellent location walking distance to pool and golfing and playground and lake. Very clean condo with everything you need kitchen ware, pillows, blankets even box fans if you use them. Very quiet location. No parking problems etc. In my opinion you couldn’t do any better in the services provided

Best Host

Don, the host of the property, was amazing. He was always available for anything and very friendly. In fact, it felt like I was renting from a family member. The property is great if you need 3 bedrooms. It's an upstairs unit so you won't have to worry about people above. Pool is walkable from unit. Unit has everything you would need. 5 mins from downtown branson or Table Rock lake by car. It's in a 24/7 gated golf community. Don makes sure you are 110% satisfied with everything. Great place for all ages. I would stay here again.

Don and Tamara married in 2005 in Scott City, Kansas, Tamara’s home town. Don is originally from Hudson, New Hampshire where he was born and raised. He backpacked all over the United States in 1996 and Europe and Asia Minor in 1997. He retired from law enforcement after working as a Patrol Officer in Southwest Kansas and a Probation and Parole Officer in Missouri. Don actively volunteers with several non-profit organizations in the community that support law enforcement agencies. Tamara studied abroad in Japan for a period while in high school. Tamara has her BS in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University and Don has his BA in Intelligence and his MA in National Security from the American Military University. They have two children that they homeschool and their three oldest are Eagle Scouts. Their oldest is majoring in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and their next two oldest attend Subiaco Academy (Go Trojans!). They love raising their children in Branson because of the ever present faith, patriotism and the community’s support for law enforcement.

Don and Tamara hope your stay at one of their condos at The Pointe Royale Golf Village is the most relaxing and comfortable you’ve ever experienced in Branson. If at any point you need help or advice during your stay, please reach out to Don and he will help! They know all the ins and outs of what to do with children in the area (including all the free stuff)!
